I've been using the Fantastic Ebike for a few days now to get between my dorm and summer classes, and it's easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for college life. It’s fast, smooth, and incredibly convenient — no more waiting for the bus or hiking across campus in the heat or rain. The battery life is solid; I can go multiple days on a single charge, even with daily rides. It’s also surprisingly powerful for hills and has great acceleration when I’m running late (which happens more than I’d like to admit). The design is sleek and lightweight enough to store in my room without taking up much space. The installation is also very easy.     • Powerful, safe and practical e-bike for my daily commute

I am 5.8ft, and this e-bike is the right size fitting me well. I mainly used it for my daily commute for several weeks, and it is really effortless and even faster than a vehicle due to highly traffic during rush hours. I also tried to ride it on a hill road for 12 miles round trip without any problems. It has three riding modes and my favorite is the electric-only mode, as that is the most effortless but for fewer miles! While, whenever I’m heading downhill, I switch to pedal assist mode to have the right amount of control and be safe. In my daily commute, I’ve found that pedal assist 3rd gear is the sweet spot. It’s not too much effort, but I still get a bit of a workout in. On weekends, I like taking it to the park. I switch it to regular bike mode and just pedal around, enjoying the scenery. It’s so relaxing! I also have to rave about the comfort. The seat and shock absorbing fork? Even after hours of riding, my butt doesn’t get sore. Plus, the battery life is robust and easy to remove for a charge. I probably charge it twice a week which is very acceptable. So far, it has been a great and efficient tool for my commute and I just hope it could durable. ... show more

This bike and GoTrax actually exceeded my expectations. It came boxed up really well and everything was protected. Set up was also really easy because tools and instructions were provided, and the finer points were already well adjusted from the factory on this one. This was a Christmas gift for a teen, but I did get to ride it and was well impressed with the ease and power and range, especially for a 240# guy. Fast forward and there was a problem that needed parts. I was so surprised to find that Lydia in the after sale, customer service knew exactly what to do and what to send and also did so extremely quickly!! I could not be more pleased with the GoTrax product and then the support on the product afterwards. We will definitely be buying GoTrax products in the future as a result of the great product for a good price, and fantastic customer service experience with Lydia that we have received! ... show more

Great 1st time e-bike purchase so far. If you've ever worked on a bike, this will be easy to finish assembling. I did replace the seat for a better one and installed a rear bike rack. But that was all I needed to make this the best ride possible. And this is UL certified as opposed to a bikes just advertising UL "Passed", which really means squat! The UL pass means it was never tested by a 3rd party and so your taking some companies word out of China that is won't start a fire! ... show more
