After looking at many (many!) outdoor furniture sets online, I finally decided to take a chance on this set (brown bases with beige cushions) for a couple of reasons: 1- They sat higher off the ground and had higher backs than everything else I was seeing in this price range. 2 - The seat cushions were described as being about 4 inches thick (I believe) which was a bit thicker than other sets 3 - The seat cushions velcro to the chairs so they don't slide around and the back cushions have ties so they don't fall down 4 - The set came with clips to hold the pieces together (if you choose to use them) so no need to buy them separately. I placed my order and crossed my fingers. The order wasn't supposed to arrive for about 10-14 days, but to my surprise, all three boxes showed up within about 5 days (one box arrived one day followed by the other two the next day. I had read previous reviews, so I was expecting this and wasn't surprised). Unfortunately, when I opened the first box, I knew immediately there was an issue. The box contained the parts for 2 armless chairs in gray and aqua. The other two boxes had the correct brown/beige pieces. Oh no.... had I made a huge mistake?! I immediately emailed the seller (this was on a Saturday) and by late that evening, they had replied asking me for some more info. Specifically, they wanted me to take some photos of the outside of the box in question and the Fed Ex label. They explained that they needed the info in order to determine how this could have happened. I emailed the requested photos on Sunday morning and again the seller replied back by that evening. They apologized profusely and send they would contact the warehouse and have the correct box sent out ASAP. (Basically, what happened was that a small sticker saying "brown" had been placed over the printed description of "grey" on 2 of the sides of the box so I suspect the person grabbing it at the warehouse just selected the wrong box by accident.... things happen). By the next day, which was Memorial Day, I had a 3rd email from the seller letting me know the tracking number of the new box and also letting me know that they noticed it hadn't yet been picked up by FedEx, but that they would keep an eye on things and if I didn't see any movement with the package in a day or two, to let them know (again, with it being a holiday weekend, the delay was understandable). Well, the correct Box A arrived just a couple of days later. I now had all three correct boxes and even with the issue, everything arrived before I was expecting it initially. So far, so good. Now to put it together.... Everything was labeled clearly. I was particularly impressed that each box had a clearly marked, very bright green cotton bag containing all of the necessary screws, nuts, feet, etc for the items in that particular box. Once we got the hang of the first piece, all of the pieces went together pretty quickly. I think it took 2 of us about 2 hours total, but we were taking our time. The bags for one of the boxes (I think it was Box C) even had extras of each type of item and in another box (Box A, I think) was a small bag with some extra caning in case any repairs were needed (so far, we haven't needed to use this). The set is exactly as described. The chairs and table seem sturdy and the cushions are nice for furniture at this price point. The set looks great on our back porch and is comfy!!! As an added bonus, the seller said we could go ahead and keep the incorrect Box A as a way to make up for any inconvenience the initial issued caused. While 2 chairs in a totally different color won't work on our back porch, they will go nicely on our little side porch. I very much appreciated not having to deal with the hassle of trying to return this large, heavy box to a UPS store. Although my back porch is screened and covered, I plan to still keep a cover on the furniture when not in use. I'm hoping this will help it to last for 2-3 years at least. Overall, I am very pleased with both the furniture and with the customer service I received from Elsa with the Seller (Duke Group).

It is better than but I expected for the price. Very modular, easy to assemble, configurable. So far looks to be good quality, but only time will tell. My only slight down side is that the back cushions are slightly smaller than the back frame and the foam inside the cushions are a little too soft to my taste. But for the price, I can happily recommend it for anyone.

High Back Key point here is that the description says "high back." This is not a high back. Most of the outdoor sectionals in this price range are nearly impossible to find for high back unless you compromise with the number of pieces. With 29.5", you have to take in consideration the the height between the ground to the seat (anywhere from 13 to 14") and then the seat to to top of the back (around 15"). This is not including cushion thickness. I'm 6'1" and this comes up to the bottom mid of mine. If you truly want a high back, measure from the bottom to the top of the back of an outdoor chair. Around 35" is a good rule-of-thumb. That measurement also includes "ergonomic" design for outdoor chairs so you can search that if you want a better high back. Expect to pay around triple the price if you want an equivalent 7 piece with high back. Seat/back cushions/yes everything has zippers The back cushions are fairly comfortable. The seat cushions look like cheap foam you get from Walmart for a science project and is around 4" thick. However, you can easily replace this with something better since there is zipper access. 4" will be the standard unless you specifically search for thick cushions and you may have to pay more. Color This came in the color we wanted so we're happy with that. Water resistance Yes this is water resistant and even a bit waterproof. It rained in the process of installation and water just puddled on top of the seat cushion and did not absorb to the foam. I lifted the seat and water just fell off. There could some water that might absorb but from when I checked, it was very minor if any. Ease of assembly It came with all the parts and nothing missing. It does take quite some time to assemble. I didn't keep up with the time since Box A/B came the same day. Box C came within the next 2 days. There are 3 boxes that may show up on different days so be patient, they will be delivered within your delivery date. For your parts inventory, there's more than enough. Each seat comes with its own Allen key, hex adapter and additional tools. In the end, you will have enough additional bolts/screws to potentially assemble another couple of seats or so. Inspection I did a thorough inspection and didn't see any major scuffs or tears. Maybe one or two very minor OCD type marks but nothing noticeable unless you are looking for specific detail. The only thing was during install of a corner sofa, there was one knockout panel they missed. This is no problem at all and probably happens often since these are mass produced. You can either use a hammer and a punch tool or even screwdriver if need be. I just used my drill bit and it only took out the portion where you could see the outline of where it was supposed to be for the bolt to go through. Additional Information For washing, I would recommend using warm water for spot cleaning. It's ok to add mild soap if it's really dirty. Then you can hose it off and let air dry. It's probably better to air dry in the shade if you want to prevent from fading. Do not put in the washing machine or dryer. I went ahead and bought a sectional rain cover. This does not come with one. The rain cover will keep it from fading in the sun while not in use. The cover will also give you reassurance that your seats will not get wet so you don't have to worry about potential mildew if it's left in the sun after being wet. The covers are only around $33 so it's worth the investment. Final thoughts I only gave this 4 stars mainly because this is not high back. I'm still keeping it though. I didn't expect it to be and I made some measurements beforehand so I knew what to expect and what I would be happy with. The rating only comes down to the description and not because I expected it to be high back. In other words, I was prepared. We had a specific budget and that's why I was ok with this one. I want others to have details that will help them so they know what to expect. If you can afford it, then go with higher price and better quality to get what you want. If you are on a budget, do not expect anything in this price range, especially with 7 pieces to have that high back or comfortable cushioned seats. If you just want something to hang out outside and enjoy nice weather and not worried about specific comforts, this is perfect for you. On the other hand, save your money for those comforts if that is your focus. Thanks for reading!

Was looking for a solid outdoor patio set that didn't cost a fortune. Did a bunch of research and decided to give these a try. The color was exactly what we wanted and had great reviews, so decided to pull the trigger. Came in 3 boxes marked A, B, and C. Very well packaged. Was delivered in 2 separate shipments. They arrived quicker than estimated. Great instructions and was pretty easy to put together. Had all the hardware needed. I did use an impact wrench on the lowest setting to speed things up. Took about 5 hours for everything doing it by myself and taking my time. Everything went together without issue. One of the back pillows was missing a string. I messaged the seller and got a quick response. I had to take a picture of the item number in the instructions and got a replacement in days. Excellent communication. The set is great and looks awesome on our patio. Very happy. Considering the price the seats are comfortable. I mean they are 4" and so I know not to expect super plush. But the quality is solid. We would definitely buy this again. My wife is happy and therefore I'm happy.
