Bought this set a while ago and I gotta say that I love them. I have use almost every piece in the set, (I haven't used the fryer part since I use an air fryer so much) and they work splendidly. Food doesn't stick while I'm cooking. When we clean them, things come off easily. Even my teen who hates having to do the dishes stopped complaining as much when he is forced to wash these since they are so simple to wash. Even when my fiance uses metal utensils they have not scratched. Will say though, tapping the metal utensils on the side of the pans has left a few small dents, but nothing that hurts their ability to cook and I was expecting some ...we aren't easy on our dishes so a little wear is normal.

Because of several reviews that said their pans chipped or lost their finish after a short while or showed up flawed, I've waited 9-months to review this set. We purchased it on sale so, the price was great and they showed up very well packaged and in perfect shape. Over the last 9-months, one pot has suffered a very small chip on the side and a few pans and the cookie sheet show minor scratches on their surface due to metalic utensils beig used on them (a pizza cutter on the cookie sheet and butcher's knife used to cut up some meat in a pot). None of these has effected the set negatively. They still clean up more easily than any pots, pans, cookie sheets we've owned (even when food gets burned onto the sides), they are extremely efficient in heating evenly and they look great in our kitchen. This set comes with a few pans, the largest being a 10" one. We purchased the 12" because my wife does a lot of cooking and needed a larger pan. They also offer a 14" version, which is pretty big for the average kitchen. We don't put them in the dishwasher just because they're so easy to clean. So, despite they few 1 * 2 star ratings, we took the leap and couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase.

Have use it three times now and nothing has stuck to it. I was able to wipe it clean with paper towels like it was pictured in the add. I then washed it by hand. Add says it is dish washer save but the paper work suggested doing it by hand as some dish washer soap will remove the shinny surface. Washing by hand is no problem as it cleans really easy. So far I really like this product. I already discarded my old pans.

I LOVE MY POTS!!! Ive been using thse pots for a little over a year now. I've been working with Copper/steel pots for the past several years. I love those pots as well as they're high quality, and heavy! But cleanup on them can be SUCH a hassle! I was attracted to the Gotham pots for a couple of reasons. First, the copper color compliments the ones I already have. So my cabinets dont look all hodge-podgy. The number of pieces for the price was also really good! And I love the various sizes. Great versatility for cooking! But cooking in them has been a total game changer! Clean up is a breeze! Haven't had to soak a pot yet!! We'd gotten used to needing to soak pots with the copper/steel ones we have. I was concerned that I might not have been able to sear or blacken foods on them but I can and I have!!! And even still.....cleanup was easy!! I love to use the deep square one when I fry foods, which I do infrequently. Baking in the muffin pan has been great too! Foods come out nicely and evenly browned! They have great heat distribution and heat up pretty quickly so you don't need high flames if you cook with gas. I will most likely be getting a few other pieces. I would buy this set all over again if I had to! You definitely get your money's worth with this set, and more!

I love these pans! This is one of the most complete sets without costing an arm and a leg. The look is great, I love the hammered copper look. I do wish these were actually copper, not coated steel, but overall I'm very happy. The finish seems to be sturdy, and the non-stick ceramic has held up quite well so far. Super easy to clean. They are also a great feel in the hand, well sized and not overly heavy, or too light either.

I’m writing this review 3 years after purchase. This is the worse cookware set that I’ve ever purchased, because everything gets stuck to it and the food burns out. Since this set arrived all food gets stuck to it and I keep the set hoping it will get better but it’s not the case. They shown a commercial were they melted candy and the candy comes out easy, well pasta gets stuck, rice gets sticky at the bottom and burns sometimes. Eggs get stuck and I have to spray oil if I don’t want the food getting stuck and burn. By the way I cook at low to medium-low temperatures. I wish these set would have a warranty to return it or replace it. I have purchased similar cookware from major U.S. retailers and I don’t have the problem as with this set. I think different manufacturers have different quality control standards and this manufacturer has the lowest quality.

This set is absolutely beautiful! Not a scratch on any item. All was packed really well protecting it. The nonstick is exactly how advertised. I wish I’d had it many years ago. Very happy with it. When I first got married I saw a set of copper pans and dreamt of getting them one day, but they were so expensive. These were affordable and nonstick I can’t get any better.

This cookware set is truly amazing. The non-stick surface works perfectly, making cooking and cleanup so much easier. I use these pots and pans regularly for almost everything I cook, and they heat evenly every time. The quality feels durable, the handles are comfortable, and food doesn’t stick at all, even when cooking with very little oil.
