I’ve been using these for about a month now. I use the sauté pan nearly every day and they still work like new. The nonstick works well. Eggs literally slide out of the pan with no oil. I was worried about staining on the light color but I’ve made chili, spaghetti bolognese and curry with no issues. However, the utensils did stain. I haven’t had a problem with the handles like others have mentioned. I would recommend users to read instructions before use. I oiled the pans before the first use per instructions. They say dishwasher safe but I’ve only hand washed. They’re so nonstick they basically wash themselves.

I love the gotham pro pans.. got this set as a replacement for old not stick pots and was excited to finally have a matching set. Started using them right away Wouldn't you know 1 pan is chiped. Of course it was the last one I was washing to use and put away pic #1. Amazon's customer service for gotham is incorrect so contacting for a replacement has taken some time.. Will update when I hear back from Gotham. Contacted Amazon got replacement on way. Gotham then got back saying get a replacement from Amazon. Not excited when I have another problem. Got replacement 100% all looked good until.. I used the baking pan for funeral potatoes 325°.. then used only the provided spatula to serve.. brought the pan and leftovers home. Just went to store leftovers and wash pan and this is happening now pic #2... I am used to the pro pans for cooking and the $$$ point for cheaper sets is showing its quality control.. It's also now past my return window since i took time to test all the pans (not bakeware) before returning..

...Originally, I gave this set five stars. Then I used the frying pan. I fried one egg, intending it to be "over easy," as that is the only way I eat my eggs. The first two pictures speak for themselves. I followed directions. I didn't add anything to the pan except the egg, itself, and I had the heat on medium, as instructed.. In the first picture, you see how stuck to the pan it was. In the second picture you see how the yoke was destroyed. I haven't cooked an egg that badly since I was 14 or so! The third picture is difficult to see, but there are scuff marks and scratches on the frying pan which I didn't notice until I turned it over to wash it. I can't speak for the rest of the cookware in this set, but I'm hoping it will be better than this. Normally, I cook dinner every evening; for the past couple of weeks, however, I've been eating meals previously prepared and frozen so that I wouldn't have to add cooking to everything else I do during the holidays, which is why the rest of the cookware hasn't been used. I bought this on what I assumed was a Christmas sale, at $139.99 for the set. The regular price is $199.99. Maybe it wasn't a Christmas sale, maybe it was returned and resold...but then that should have been stipulated in the blurb. I'm a senior on a tight budget; I don't have money to throw away on inferior products. I make an egg just about every morning. Now I'll be heading to Walmart for one of their $10 pans that will last a month or so. Sigh.

This cookware is amazing! Not to heavy, but not too lightweight. It said, "not to use oil or butter, and use on medium heat setting so I did. I cooked my green beans down. Removed them from the pot, then, poured and stirred in my oil. They tasted great! The clean-up was astounding! Just rinse in warm water and wipe with a warm cloth. That's it! So easy, and so many pieces for me to use in the set! It's great!

However, the outer coating is absolute garbage. It stains incredibly easily and does not wash off no matter what you do. It also scrapes off incredibly easily and looks terrible after just a couple weeks of use. I absolutely refuse to believe their claims that you can use wooden utensils when cooking because I strictly only use silicone coated utensils yet still have some light surface scratches on the cooking surfaces. Also, the metal handles are really thin and uncomfortable. It would have been much more comfortable if it was thicker or came with some sort of interchangeable grip. The pros are that the cooking surface is a joy to use and cleans up easily.
