I really like the space-saving aspect of these pans. (Of course, to get to one you have to take others out of the cabinet. That does not bother me, but may be a consideration for you.) They stack wonderfully, including the tops which fit multiple pans and stack one face up and the other on top face down. Brilliant! The surface is non-stick as promised, and they are easy to clean. Although you are supposed to use low or medium heat, you can use high heat when boiling water. I have noticed that the handles can get hot when I do this. That's the biggest disappointment, and I had to get used to using a potholder at times on the handles. If they fixed that, these would be 5-star pans for me. ... show more

By far the best nonstick cookware set I have come across. Far better than items priced five times as much! The design is so very intelligent allowing the pots and pans to be stacked within one another without scratching the nonstick surface. Even the lids are flat requiring less space in the dishwasher and yet so cleverly designed so as to allow condensation formed during cooking to be neatly recirculated or disposed. The lids even fit perfectly when flipped allowing vessels to be stacked on the lids. The nonstick surface seems to be far more durable than many new surfaces being touted on TV ads. Although the set is sold as dishwasher safe it comes with a note that it will last longer if items are hand washed. There is no mention of how long it could be expected to last either way! Initially that was disappointing as I had really wanted a dishwasher safe cooking set. I decided to take the chance and have put it in my dishwasher (with the sanitize cycle!) almost every single day since it arrived and the surfaces are looking and performing just the same. So this set has already outlived more expensive hand washed sets. Oh! And it does take less oil to cook in these pans versus other "non-stick"! The only minor improvement that could be made is that the revets inside the pans could be made of better material. They turned color after the first day of cooking.
