Very bright, high quality, might need to use the included Allen key to adjust the collar to fit with the leds facing the right way but they are very nice for the price and have no doubt of them going out. They dont flicker and people who have that problem have a car that didn't come with LED lights from the factory and there is a little device you can buy that will help get rid of the flickering fit perfect, but they come with extra o rings just in case. Other then that they install good.

My 97 Toyota 4Runner looked so old timey with the original gold-tinted bulbs; I've ground and polished/sealed the lenses so they're clear and not cloudy but the bulbs were still shining through as yellow/warm. When one headlight went out I wanted something that looked a little updated. I had thought I couldn't use LEDs in my car without replacing the whole shebang so I got these since they were 6500k cool white, and wow they're LEDs and they plug right in no problem! Easy to do, not hot, no flickering or weirdness and they seem solid and high quality. Will update with photos of how they have changed the look of my truck (bright shiny white lamps!) and how well they do after a few weeks and some night driving, but at first blush I am so pleased.

I bought the DS3 6000k for my audi b8 a4 2011. Had a "dipped beam" code, put one of these in and it went away. I probably wont run these long term (i deeply prefer the philips in quality and longevity and will probably buy those when the budget allows), but as a solution to avoid a fix it ticket and stay safe, i cant say no to 20 dollar quick fix. The wife drives 25+ miles in low light conditions to work in the hills... the trip is full of deer, pot holes and other hazards, so being down a headlight is unacceptable. These seem reasonably bright and reliable! They were easy to install, fit perfect, just check which connector you need.

Easy to install, bright white, easily 10 x brighter than my 4Runner original halogen running lamps. Improved vision this morning at 4AM with just the running lamps on. Highly recommended. I’ll do another review when I get the LEDs for the projector lights.

I can't believe I never switched to led instead of halagen bulbs years ago. This led bulb function actually FIXED another problem I had and that in itself was worth the price. The halogen bulb was not clocking properly and was poorly made from what I can tell. One bulb pointed to the sky and the other pointed above the horizon line, it was annoying to say the least. With these led bulbs, I was able to clock them 3-9 and the fit was very snug and when I turned them on, they were perfectly aimed straight ahead! It was just a pleasant surprise that after 4 years my high beams now function properly. I had really assumed the housing was defective and I just wasn't going to buy a new housing since I don't use my high beams and my low beams were perfect. Now I have a matching set of high and low beam LEDs and they look really good! The price in these was good. Installation was about 10minutes in my old Tahoe and the brightness color in my opinion looks like 5500. Can't wait to drive tonight to see if the color matches the 6500k rating. Personally I like the 5-6k range anyway as true white.

These are a great set of bulbs. I installed them in my 2011 Subaru Legacy and the improvement over the old halogen bulbs is substantial. They’re white and bright. Much improved visibility. I do have one problem though. They somehow won’t turn and lock in my headlight housing. I figured out a way to wedge it in temporarily, but may end up having to shave the tabs thinner on the bottom so they’ll turn and lock. I should send them back and go with another brand, but I think I can fix them easy enough. The cooling fans sound like little turbos. I do wonder how long they’ll hold up, but then again, the high beams aren’t always on. They should outlast the car itself. One thing of note. There’s no way these are 50k lumens. They wouldn’t be street legal at that bright. They are very bright though. You won’t be disappointed in the visibility.
