The media could not be loaded. Awesome thing I always wanted to have and finally got. Wish it had not only 1 led but 2-3. Add water a cup twice a week or depending on evaporation. Basically cannot hear the pump, if it makes noise, move it around so it does not touch the wall and have enough water so it is fully submerged. It does not make too much water noise, just here and there, which is good for me, as it might have been too much as others sound like a bigger stream and this one is just like a little water spring, very soothing. ... show more

    • Do not get this for a chameleon enclosure.
It's great on a desktop but I tried to put it in my chameleon's enclosure. Huge hassle. Drowning crickets in the pools. Unless it's at the very front, cleaning it is impossible. And the chameleon didn't go near it. But if you're looking for a cool, quiet waterfall, this is a grwa5 product

Initially, I was very happy with this fountain. After about a week of use it started leaking, leading water down the cord and into the plug, resulting in it shorting out and almost causing a fire. Luckily, I was in the room when it happened to hear the pop then see the orange glow inside the plug and promptly unplug it or else it may have been a very different ending. I'm not entirely sure how it was leaking, but I believe it has something to do with how it is set up since the cord for the plug goes directly into the water in the back to connect to the pump. It was a little small for my likening. Due to the size the water fall noises was low. I had to return and get a little larger one and the water noise was much better. Just being honest. Thank You!

It looks good, has a pleasant sound, and the motor is reasonably quiet. However, there are a couple of things I would prefer to be different. First -- and this isn't really a problem, just something not necessarily evident from the listing -- you can't really place this where it will be visible in the round. There's a big hole were you install the immersion pump and pour in the water, and where the cord comes out, and it's pretty unsightly. It's fine placed against the wall, but you probably don't want the back of it where people can see. Second, there's no switch. If you don't want to run it 24/7, the only way to turn it off is to unplug it, and given that you're probably going to place this with its back to a wall, the plug may not be in a convenient place. I ended up installing a cord switch from the hardware store. It's not expensive, and installation is easy, but it would be nice if it came like that. Third, the LED is a little harsh, and I would prefer a more indirect or diffuse glow. I had to place a few decorative pebbles to get the look I wanted. But no complaints other than that, and it's a pretty attractive piece. ... show more
