These are thick practice skins. In my experience these are the easiest practice skins only problem i had was when i needed to wipe the ink it would smear pretty bad but over all good practice skins for the price.

Good for beginners on a budget. My only problem is tha its advertised as 6x8 but its actually 5½x7½ only reason i didn't give a 5 star. Pros relatively durable, it can be cleaned off almost completely and reused again and again depending on the ink you use and how much your damaging it. Good for learning how to hold the machine hand control. Possible to use both sides if done correctly.Cons it is thin really thin so its not good for needle depth practice. You go to deep hit the surface underneath and bend your needle then your just ripping everything up. Ink plays a big part as well some won't stay or need several passes. Try different inks. Hawink came off almost completely. Element stayed in place. Lastly cleaning. Its not difficult just use vaseline. ... show more

For the price, this skin is ok. It's very thin though, and works a lot better for practicing line work than it does trying to practice color packing or shading. When you try to pack color you just end up with actual lines of the small circles you do when coloring, instead of smooth color. Shading also comes out scratchy and just lines for the most part instead of actual shading. It wipes off well though, and does take line work great, so for how cheap it is it's still worth it if you're not wanting to spend a lot on fake skin. Just don't expect to be able to be able to get much practice with color packing or shading. ... show more

The skin is way smaller in area and thinner then I was expecting. And they stain like crazy so it’s hard to see what your doing. The crappy skin I got with my cheep wormhole gun was better then this it’s not worth it.
