Secure fit on the DJI controller. Nicely mounts into the rubber tabs on the DJI controller. The phone holder grabs my cellphone well. The thickness of my cellphone with case is about 11 mm, so that the phone holder works well, and I don't need to take the case off. Overall, a big improvement.

I own an iPhone XS Max. When I didn't have a spare phone or monitor for my drone, I used the iPhone. However, I always had to take it out of the case. So, I bought these clips to resolve the issue. These did not provide the additional gap space to hold the phone while it was still in the case. They do hold thicker phones that are not in a case. But they absolutely will not hold a phone that is in an Otter box. ... show more

This allowed me to use my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with my Mavic Pro's controller. NOTE: You will need to buy an extended USB cable for connectivity if the USB port on your smartphone/tablet isn't close to the controller's swing-out arms.

It didn't work with my iPhone 15 pro max. It probably works with other phone cases, but the case has to be flat.
