I had a few stones and bricks that go on front of the house come loose and fall off. Last time it happened I used some cement which was difficult to work with and slow to adhere. I came across this product and thought I would try in out. My concern was the stones were heavy and was concerned it would not adhere fast enough. No worry though, this stuff begins to adhere right away. After I put the first one on, I got the second one ready to go which took about 10-15 seconds. I had to slightly slide the first one over about 1/8 inch and it was already adhering and I had to work hard to slide it With 20 seconds there was a strong bond so make sure you put the object in place correctly because it will stay there. And as I said, these were heavy but didnt budge. I can think of multiple uses for this stuff. Its an outstanding product and very reasonably priced. Also, I accidentally smeared a little bit onto front of stone, immediately used a cloth towel and it came right off, no residue was left, you just need to wipe it off quickly. This is a very good product. It’s not glue but it sure will hold many things together and fill big cracks. I use it under plates on block walls to keep bugs from getting in. You’ll find loads of uses. Downside is reusing what’s left in the tube. The nozzle tip gets shut and you have to cut way back to get to good caulk. Then the bead is usually too big. I ordered several tubes of the Gorilla construction adhesive to use for installing a layer of styrofoam panels to the ceiling of an outdoor storage building. After applying the adhesive on the panel in strategic spots along the edge and center, I waited about 5 minutes and then applied the panel to the existing ceiling. the panels stuck perfectly without a single one coming loose while the adhesive was still wet. These panels have now been installed for several months and there have been no problems at all. In fact, I had to take one out to install an attic access opening and was amazed at how firmly affixed the panel was. These did a good job of securing some brick pieces that broke off steps. However, it took multiple people and props to push the stuff out of the container. Very stiff. Instructions didn't say how to get out, so it took a while to even figure out that it's like a push-up (popsicle where you push up from the bottom) without a stick or anything to help with pushing. ... show more
