I was skeptical but this actually worked really well. I used it for the bottom of my tub. Because of the type of flooring we have, traditional caulking doesnt seem to stay very well. Great product and price for adding a crisp and clean finish. Easy to install. But you will need to be absolutely sure of placement! Peel a little bit of the backing, put in place, and slowly keep placing while peeling the backing. I don't recommend peeling all the backing at once when planing placement. Then you'd have a sticky disaster. No professional tools needed. I just used scissors. But I could see a heat gun being needed if one were to pull all the backing at once before placement. I used around the toilet and bathtub. Versatile enough, that I will order more to do around the bathroom and kitchen sinks backsplash. It is very durable and haven't seen any leakage since the instillation a month ago.

It's made more for this use (which I may do later. But I had another use I wanted this for. They're really sticky so it takes some practice to get a good flow to your job. And the glue side sticks very well! Use your blow dryer as it suggests.

It works well. You have to have a hairdryer there with you while you apply it. It makes it so much easier and if you heat it up and stretch it a little, you can get a straighter line.

The adhesive is strong and the waterproof feature really works. It saved me time and effort compared to traditional caulking. While it looks better than the old grout, it’s not super easy to get it around the toilet and it ended up wrinkling in a few places. So not super user friendly in my opinion. Looks ok.

It's not very flexible to be able to have it be between the toilet and floor. It's too hard to bend to have it bridge the gap between the flooring and toilet to get the waterproof seal needed and because of that it has creases and look like I tried to use molding clay while being blindfolded so I took it off and caulked it instead. Looks better now
