Adhesive appeared to have worked really well on my vinyl fence and a pvc pipes. It’s only been a few months but it appears to be holding through 30+ mph winds, snow, heavy rain, ice and animal activity. It was easy to apply (though the tube felt a bit pressure sensitive).
