This product sticks as advertised.(which was great).. quick tack dry. I used it for the tile around my spa which had come completely loose. I didn't completely drain the spa water, (only 1 inch below tile) left the spa open and then refilled it with water 24 hours later. The only problem I had was filing the grout lines. It went in easy enough but any messy areas of over-fill or just plain slips required mineral spirits to remove. Most of this problem was my own inexperience with a caulking gun. This product tube felt rock hard when I received it. I thought it was because the tube was extra thick. Since it was not opened, I felt it should last at least six months and longer. However, I was unable to get anything out of the tube. When I cut it open, it was bone dry, not even tacky. If this is normal for this product, they should put a warning label on it to use in 1 month or less. I don't appreciate it when useless product it dumped off on customers. ... show more

I bought several tubes having researched. hoped it would be an alternative to kerdi-fix. One thing is that this has a relatively short shelf life and has expiration code on tube. If it gets too old, you get the clumping inside the tube. I had some that did that and red devil exchanged for newer tubes.
