This has better pricing than similar items and seems to do the same job over all. I was looking for a mandolin to make thin and even sweet potato slices to dehydrate for my dog. But why not get an item that makes chopping all of your vegetables so easy? It’s pretty easy to clean with a brush safely, it comes with a great variety of blades so you can choose the size you get depending on your needs. It comes with a great manual, which I love. You can get so many different cuts and everything stores inside the unit itself. Be ru useful veggie chopper. After I showed my Vietnamese girlfriend how to use and to be very careful because the blades are Razor Blade sharp! She somehow managed to bend one of the blades.
