This is easy set-up,clean-up & storage. But it seems to be designed to mainly cut things in circles, the hand guard it comes with has small needles that are supposed to push into the item you want to slice but I found that when I tried to do that on a vegetable I wanted to slice lengthwise those needles didn't reach but if I cut it so it was round it did. So if you want to slice things lengthwise you’ll need to use the gloves and a fork or something to cut anything the long way. I do wish it was a bit wider as well. It at the end of the day it’s a good item and I’ll use it often for sure because it’s a time saver when I’m slicing veggies to make veggie lasagne 😁 ... show more
