Just got the bag installed and spent some moments with it, the bag is great! PROS: *fraction of cost of other bag *includes chain and d-ring CONS: * water filler needed sink faucet for filling and not able to fill in place from water hose * Goplus did not have any options during purchase to include a hanger I tried the Fitness Maniac hanger with BeneLabel spring but now using BeneLabel fixed position hanger with Meister 250 pound spring. To get it up after filling, I used a step ladder and was able to put the chain in the d-ring. In my setup, the bag equator is at eye level and the top of my hanger bracket is 30" above that which is about perfect. UPDATE 27JUN2025 (5-month review): The bag is holding up just fine after moderate use. I believe the key to longevity is getting a spring and/or piece of metal pipe to make contact with the pin. The loop where the anchor shackle pin goes through is starting to droop and stretch, I believe this is where many of the bags start to fail. I got a piece 1" (outside diameter) pipe cut to the jaw size of the anchor shackle jaw size. If the rubber wasn't already stretched, I believe 1 1/4" outside diameter pipe would fit. The bag seems more responsive now when hitting it. Overall, great value. Failures with the bag appear to be from not using a spring and/or leaving it outside, which weakens the rubber. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve got this May 26th, 2023, so I can’t speak about the durability. I’ve been using it daily and it’s June 8th, no signs of wear or anything. I was thinking about getting the main brand, but it was too pricey. At this weight it moves well but it can take a hit. You can punch pretty hard and there’s no much noise either. It is much more quiet than a regular heavy bag, which is great for me as I can do bag work early in the morning without bothering or waking up my family. I’ve used it with 4oz gloves to do pull ups or kettlebell swings in between for cardio, and it feels pretty easy on the hands. This wouldn’t really happen with a heavy bag. I also kicked it and messed up one of my toes by doing so, something that never happened with the heavy bag lol… even the shins hurt, and mine were sort of conditioned and definitely didn’t hurt anymore kicking the heavy bag full force. Also, at this size, you can get some footwork in, but not a ton of head movement at this size. FYI, I’m 5’9, 175lbs, so you can compare the size of the bag to me. The bag is not filled all the way up as it is recommend to fill it 70%, if I’m correct. Filling it was a pain. I made the mistake of doing it by myself and water was all over the place, ceiling, floor, walls of the a garage. All from the tiny hose. It’s helpful if you ask someone to hold the hose while you open/close the water. I think someone mentioned that in a review on here as well. Get a bucket and towels, even if you are doing it with someone else’s help. ... show more

    • Great Punching Bag
I have tried several punching bags and this aqua punching bag is great for practicing front, hook, and upper cut boxing. This size is about 80lbs, so make sure you have a strong frame to support the weight and bouncing a bit when hitting. I have had it for about a month and it feels durable and doesn't move much when boxing, which is what I was looking for. It provides great angles for hooks and upper cuts that a vertical heaving bag doesn't do as well. This was the best one I found for the price. I looked at other brands on Amazon and other sites and definitely the least expensive and feels like it can take hard punches. I would recommend this bag and possibly one size larger depending on how hard you want to punch. I am 6'5" 215lbs and feels like a good fit for practicing combination punching. ... show more

Easy to install we hung outside under our very high deck. We filled with water per instructions. My boys ages 12 14 are blue belts in taekwondo and use this my son who is 19 uses this. It’s quite a workout. I recommend gloves obviously because this has water in it. They love it. We have many different kinds of objects like a dummy and a boxing bag and a few others this one is the hardest one and I’d say it’s very durable as well. Weight is customizable bc of the water. Movement as well is different bc of the water and the weight. It’s easy to fill it came with the necessary materials to fill it. Good purchase for a great workout ... show more

The product itself is great and easy to install, it comes with its required tools to fill the bag with water efficiently, UNFORTUNATELY the products material quality and durability is horrible!! it only lasted 3 days hung before the black head snapped completely!! Mind you at half filled its heavy enough that if a child would have been under the bag when it snapped it could have caused serious injury if not death!!!! Definitely a $40-$50 product never an $85 currently disappointed and unsatisfied, Amazon will replace at no cost in hopes that I get a non-faulty product. Unfortunately my product will not arrive on time the replacement was to be delivered July10-11 but the seller decided to cancel my delivery and then lied to amazon saying that I cancelled, this is bad seller mal practice !! GoPlus please do better in quality and durability I believe in this product I had great training for the time it lasted. ... show more

This left me wanting more. It was easy enough to install, and for my use will be fine I guess, but after unpackaging the position, it was shipped in left multiple large creases in the bag. I’m hoping those creases will come out overtime. It is easy enough to hang for as far as heavy bags go. I do like the tear up shave so you can work up and hook motions. You get what you pay for and it’s fairly inexpensive so hold your expectations as such. ... show more
