Just got it today. Easy to fill up but check periodically to see if it’s overfilled. Took out the hose and it leaked a ton of water. I’d suggest hanging it before filling. Very heavy once filled. Bag is amazing for the value. Filling the bag is going to create quite a mess due to just water leaking. Advise putting a bucket underneath when you’re filling. Only issue I have with the bag is there a wrinkles and it’s not as smooth as it looks in the picture, I have a proximately 140 pounds of water in the bag anymore and the spring system that I have installed is beginning to sag from the ceiling. The surface is uneven and difficult to hit without bending your wrist unless there’s probably over 180 pounds in the bag still 505 Olinda, changing my harness, something a little bit more sturdy and just add more water to smooth out the surface ... show more

I have tried several punching bags and this aqua punching bag is great for practicing front, hook, and upper cut boxing. This size is about 80lbs, so make sure you have a strong frame to support the weight and bouncing a bit when hitting. I have had it for about a month and it feels durable and doesn't move much when boxing, which is what I was looking for. It provides great angles for hooks and upper cuts that a vertical heaving bag doesn't do as well. This was the best one I found for the price. I looked at other brands on Amazon and other sites and definitely the least expensive and feels like it can take hard punches. I would recommend this bag and possibly one size larger depending on how hard you want to punch. I am 6'5" 215lbs and feels like a good fit for practicing combination punching. ... show more

Best bag that I have. Feels great to hit and easy to fill. The coloring is not as aesthetic as other brands, but for the price you can’t beat it. It came with the chain and the tools to fill the bag. Because of the price, the quality of the bag, and how much I enjoy using it, I have given 5 stars.

Let me just say it was a challenge to fill. The little hose and fixture doesn't do much in the way of getting water in. The fixture didn't work well on the faucet. So i Used an electric pump and a bucket to fill the cavity. Once filled to about 60% I was good to go. Used a pulley to lift onto the ceiling joist. I'm enjoying the work out. I have 3 bags hanging now. 80 lbs heavy bag, this water bag, and a double end reflex bag. I use them all equally and love the work outs. ... show more
