The media could not be loaded. We bought this treadmill for my 70-year-old mother after she was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Her doctor told her that she needed to exercise every day.... The weather here is very cold and stormy from November to April so we knew getting her a treadmill would be awesome! That way, she can exercise every day no matter what the weather is like! She was surprised at how sturdy and durable the treadmill is!!! She weighs a bit over 220lbs, and I feel like this Treadmill could possibly handle even more....it can definitely handle lots of weight!!! The touchscreen on the machine is really convenient and it has the option to increase speed directly to 5km/hr or 8km/hr so perfect for indoor running. SWEET SCREEN! It also has built in Bluetooth speakers that have good sound quality, and a heart rate monitor(though I prefer using my Apple Watch). In terms of foldability....It does not fold up like a standard space saver treadmill… The top section just folds down onto the running belt so it does not really save space where it is located. I do not recommend propping up up against the wall because that is a huge pain! So if you were hoping for a space saver treadmill, this is probably not the right one for you. It also comes with a cord to plug into a phone if you want to play music or such… However, the only downfall is it only connects to android devices. It will not connect to an Apple iPhone at all. However, the Bluetooth ability will connect to any device if you want to go that route. Or if you really want to plug it in, you can buy an adapter cord for your iPhone. In regards to setup it was really easy, and took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. GREAT!!! Overall, this is a nice, compact treadmill!… My mother has really enjoyed using it every day and definitely recommends it! ... show more

I have been using this for over a month now and assembly was very simple and the directions were easy to follow. I had this assembled in under 10 minutes. The plug in cord is pretty short so you need an extension cord otherwise you have to be within 2 feet of an outlet. I use this on carpet so I don’t need a floor mat but I would suggest one on non carpet floors to avoid movement. This folds up very easy and is so light weight so it’s great for moving around and for using while at a desk. I typically speed walk or run and this is one of the quietest treadmills I’ve ever used. I also like that the calories and distance trackers are accurate. The Bluetooth connection works great but the speakers are kind of on the quiet side.     • Defective item and false description
The media could not be loaded. I usually don't feel comfortable writing bad reviews however this was a matter of safety and I feel the need to caution anyone who is looking into getting this. I have just returned this item and had to pay 28 dollars and tax for a box to ship it, the seller refused to refund me that cost even though I explained it was not possible to remove the item from original box and keep it intact. They rudely told me "you can find a box to return" when I asked if they could ship me a box. This size is obviously not common so there was no other option other than to purchase one if I wanted my refund. Aside from that the major issue was that it was DANGEROUSLY DEFECTIVE. First time using it was fine but then the display started to malfunction. Then, the heart rate monitor was sounding off more and more frequently and the device speakers are extremely loud. At the same time the heart rate monitors started to shock me. First it was a little sting -thought it was just static but the last time I tried to use it, it shocked me pretty hard and then the Treadmill stopped. I almost fell, it was very scary because it did not slow down like when the safety magnet disengages, it was an abrupt stop like it turned off but it was clearly still on. I had my partner test it and same thing happened. It was also getting extremely hot and burning my feel after only ten minutes of use. I explained all of this to the seller and sent them a video of what happened. The reply was surprising- "The hot condition is due to being placed on the carpet. This type of carpet has a very low bottom and does not dissipate heat. And the upper meter is broken. we can send it to you from the factory. But it will take two months." Obviously the description says nothing about it not being approved for carpet and there is no way anyone can tell what "type" of carpet I have from the video I sent (attached to this review.) I told them that they posted this with a false description, that if I had known that I would never have purchased it. It says nothing in the manual about appropriate flooring for this either. I told them two months was extremely long and I wanted a refund yet they still tried to get me to keep it and they would send a new upper meter/80 dollar refund for the 2 month wait even though they know I have carpet. Made no sense. Please do not buy this, for your safety. ... show more

The treadmill is well designed and aesthetically pleasing, has delivered on my expectations for it so far, and the price makes my decision easy. The swivel base platform is wide enough to accommodate an average-sized person, and the upper model contains an electric uphill tilt that I found very convenient. Compared to its other brands, this treadmill is lightweight and small in proportion, which helps it fit in tight places, and it's a pretty sturdy machine for its size. ... show more

I wanted to love it, but it's hard to love it when the monitor is no longer reading correctly. The number one looks like a 7, the number 4 looks like a 9, etc, so when you're trying to track your time, speed and distance it's all confusing now. It really messes up the overall experience. In the picture the speed is at 1, but it looks like 7. I'm disappointed that it malfunctioned in less than 2 weeks. I really wanted to enjoy it a lot longer. ... show more
