I love my little patio set. I read about assembly issues however when putting this to gather if you put ALL screws in only as tight as you can screw them with your fingers then go back and tighten them everything lines up fine. I learned that putting other things together. It is comfy enough but I I definately recommend back pillows. It will not last a life time but I'm sure I'll get a couple years from it and for $200 that's what I expected. It is a nice size. My husband is a bigger guy and he likes it and has no problems using it and being comfortable. I am little fluffy too and it suits me fine. The couch is small. My husband and I can sit next to each other though so it's not that small. This has become our morning coffee and devo area. We love it. It came in 1 box. I had it together by myself with only the hardware it came with in 1.5hrs. ... show more

Very nice set for the money. Completed my backyard setup with my fire table 🙂. Only complaint is the shipping. The whole set came in 1 box with minimal protection and is very heavy and large for 1 person to move. Okay okay okay... So I purchased this set FULLY expecting for my expectations to be let down. I didn't believe that I could get such a set for the price. With Amazon backing the purchase and me being able to return for a full refund, I figured I'd give it a shot. Well the package came and had damage all over it... this was more of the expectation I had built in my head. I opened the box and found that it was surprisingly packaged well. I did not see any damage to any of the pieces or parts. I assembled all of it (by myself) in about 45 minutes. To my delight, this set blew away all expectations!!! Is it the best quality? -- No ... is it the best quality for the price? .... 10x better! I will recommend this item to whomever will listen! If you're on the fence like I was... LEAP over the fence and buy the set! Super happy :) ... show more

This set looks great, but assembly was and is a pain. We spent two hours just putting together the chairs, and still had one screw in each that would not go in. The couch piece is still not put together because over HALF of the screws simply will not screw in. Some will start one or two turns and then will be 100% tight and won't go anymore, and others just won't catch and won't screw in at all. We have family coming in a couple days who will try to help but I'm not pleased with how poorly installation went. ... show more

I love the look, feel, and price of this patio set. I have a 12'x12' screened in patio, so I needed smaller seating to fit the space and this set is a perfect fit. The set is very sturdy after assembled it sits my 6' 6" 260 husband just fine. I despise how hard it was to assemble though. I read reviews and got all screws in holes before tightening, but it was very difficult because most of the holes barely lined up to get screws in. I stripped several screw heads trying to tighten and had to use vice grip around screw head to tighten instead. If your are looking for a small, cheap, cute, sturdy patio set then this is it, but be willing to really put in work to assemble or pray your set's screw holes line up better than mine. ... show more

The assembly is about as rough as the comments suggest. Most of this can be avoided by screwing ALL things in 75% first, and then going back and finishing. Also a tip that i have not seen in comments is to make sure there aren't any plastic bits in the screw holes!! I was frustrated when I couldn't get certain screws in but it was really just because plastic bits were in the way. Everything came in tact. The bench seems to be a two person job. I did it alone and it was not fun haha.. (25 y.o. man 6/10 handy) One screw hole did have a small mass of metal in the way of the hole which was a true defect and made me unable to put a screw in that section. I emailed customer service and heard back within hours. This is worth its weight in gold when buying off amazon in my opinion... They did not have the part i stock and offered my a $50 refund. I will have to do a little bit of work to remove that small piece of metal but seemed like a fair compromise to me. The set is nice looking and comfortable. I went for this set over the similar $180 ones on amazon because of the arm rest width and the arm rests on this are perfect! One chair has a slight unevenness in the legs creating a little wobble but you can just gorilla glue a small piece of something under the short leg. Only time will tell on quality. For the price and what you get, I think this is worth it. Know you will have a couple of headaches/back aches during set up but that makes the final product that much more rewarding!! ... show more
