This is a great smaller treadmill. I've had it for a few years and it has been just fine. you need to lube the belt every few months but that's no big deal. I use it for fast walking no running, and it works fine for that. If we need the room space, I just stand it up against the wall. One more thought is I place it over a scrap piece of vinal flooring. I noticed that some of the lube from the belt drips on the floor especially when it is stood on end. All and all it is a nice machine that will not cost you a thousand bucks. ... show more

Can I get a clap for minimalist design approach? I pictured myself at anyone's small high tech room on Star Trek Discovery or similar. Honestly, it is efficient and if you search the right YouTube videos or humor yourself with the interestingly translated instructions you will go through a streamlined and simple assembly time, say 30 mins or a tad longer if you are detail oriented (comme moi). I love the simplicity of a few operating buttons as the rest of the dashboard button-like light prints are for visual information and it sure looks cool and dynamic when you start walking, power walking or running on it. I like their lack of complication because most people put their hopes on navigational upgrades on TV apps (exercise platforms) rather than the machines themselves. You want to make a choice if you want to keep it folded below a desk, bed or tall-legged-sofa, or if you want to leave it assembled and up, as you will need to unscrew the arms for a perfect horizontal fold. I keep it standing as the design is currently cool and not too big. Friends tried the bluetooth speaker in the unit bought and liked it. In terms of attention to content and display upgrades I focus on smart TV & smart soundbar, letting the exercise machine do what if was acquired for. You can always clip your phone to the front and buy a separate desk to work on, but I am not the walk while you work type, though I appreciate the option. Love the colors, though if metallic dark purple was in their offers I would grab it right away. Quite happy with this unit, I am -that wording was Yodaesque' wasn't it?- in particular as we bought it with reward points during Prime Day. Walking pad looks as advertised! Used once works well! You do have to connect safety before use or you get an error code. Good speed options. It is heavy to lift to fold so if you have lifting issues be aware. Haven’t tried to fold since I put arm rails on but so far so good! Used Bluetooth speaker and it pair right away. Easy set up, arms and phone holder are only things requiring screws. Tools and instructions included! Works well for jogging- good speed options. The walking surface is small so if you have a long stride or wide gait check specifications before purchasing. Otherwise satisfied with purchase. ... show more

1st for the service received. FedEx delivered to the wrong address and would not correct their mistake. I had pictures to prove it. Goplus tried to get FedEx to correct their mistake and after a short time, they just shipped me another unit which arrived quickly. 2nd for the treadmill itself. I've used it a handful of times now in the last week. It really was simple to setup. The handrails are really handy if you are going over a slow walking speed. The app and remote are easy to use that control the speed. I was really surprised by how quiet it is considering the speed it can get too. It's great for walking but can be a little tricky for running without practice. The ability to fold it down and store it under the couch is great. It also has small wheels on one side to help move it easily if you want. I am really enjoying this and glad I upgraded from similar units I was looking at. The added features are great. ... show more

Did my research and thought I was getting what I paid for. A working treadmill that had the features needed. Unpacking and assembly was not too difficult. The treadmill made a rubbing noise when 1st turned on. I lubricated it and subsequently followed instructions for a drifting belt issue several times when the rubbing noise continued. At that point I was told by Amazon to contact 3rd party seller, GoPlus. Go Plus responded to my message by giving me instructions that I had already followed prior to contacting them. I explained that in my follow-up message and asked what the next steps were. The response was as follows: "Can this be fixed in local market? You can also ask a technician to fix it for you. Does $60 can cover this cost? If not, please contact us and give us your advice." I replied that I was ok having a technician see if it can be repaired and asked how the process works, who provides the technician. The response I got back was "We don't have technician in your local. Could you please try to find the technician and ask him to fix it for you?" This was the last straw. I bought and paid for a treadmill that turned out to be defective and I am being asked to find someone and have them fix it for me? I am shocked at the customer service to say the least. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they have reached out to GoPlus on my behalf and asked them for a refund and a prepaid shipping label. ... show more
