I purchased this treadmill on 3/12/23 and I’m writing this review on 3/4/26. For the first year, it worked great. After that, it steadily started going downhill. The remote barely works now — the only way I can get the buttons to respond is by literally slamming it against something. It sounds ridiculous, but that’s honestly the only way it will register. Another major issue is when you power it off. It slows down and then suddenly jerks to a stop in a very abrupt lurch. It’s so jarring that I’ve almost fallen a few times. That alone makes it feel unsafe. It’s also extremely loud and squeaky, even though I regularly add lubricant under the belt as recommended. And now the motor barely works when you step on it — it moves at a snail’s pace once there’s actual weight on it. Overall, it did not hold up over time. Save your money.     • Very Poor Under Desk Treadmill- Heavy, Loud, And Belt Mis-Aligned Out Of The Box

This is my third under desk treadmill. The previous ones wore out after a while and needed to be replaced. I'm ready to replace the Goplus 2 in 1 Folding Treadmill Superfit Under Desk Electric Treadmill after less than 15 minutes of use. 1. The item is HEAVY and not easily maneuvered. If you plan to put it one place and leave it, that may not pose a problem for you. If you want to swap a desk chair and an under desk treadmill, that is not convenient/easy at all. 2. The foldable arms are useless if you want to just put the treadmill under a standing desk. Unfortunately, it does not appear that they can be easily removed. They add weight/bulk and are a complete waste for me. I was under the impression that they did not have to be installed. 3. The machine is janky. From literally the start of using it, it motor/treadmill makes a weird strained sound, most often when put my left foot down. It also makes a squeak/rubbing sound that definitely does not sound right. 4. The belt is not aligned properly. From day one, within minutes of use, I noticed that the belt (which did not seem to come lubricated) has skewed to the left. Given that I noticed it within the first ~5 minutes of use, it likely came that way. I tried to move it to the right with the allan wrench and the two bolts at the rears. That did not seem to do anything. The belt is clearly not centered when looking at it. 5. It's loud. This may not be a problem, per se, but the safety pull mechanism must be attached at the rear of the unit when the handlebars are down. This makes it next to useless at best, and potentially dangerous at worst (a cord dangling next to your feet while walking??), to use. I don't know if the safety mechanism is even needed in walking mode given the speed cap. . .but my unit would not operate without the safety magnet attached. That makes no sense. It it weren't so heavy and a pain to move around, I would return it in a heartbeat. I thought I might try to give it away for free but when I just tried to move it so I could put my chair in front of my desk, I cut my thumb on plastic burr on the frame. I give up. This thing is going in the dumpster. I absolutely would not recommend this device. ... show more

It took 2 days to unpack and set up my 2 treadmills. These are major pieces of heavy equipment. That said, the packing was simply magnificent. The good stops there, along with the treadmill. The directions are contradictory, and if followed as written, will simply not work. They didn't. (For example, in once place it says to put on carpet, in another, do not put on carpet.) It says to sync the remote with the unit, disconnect the safety key. However, when the key is disconnected, the unit has an Eo7 error message, and the remote will not work. Long story short, Amazon tech could not help, but "the company will get back to me in 48 hours." Yes, I saved all the packing material, but some of it was destroyed in order to get the unit out of the box. I will update will the company's response, if it comes. Avoid the hassle, buy something else. You have been warned. Update: The seller responded with directions to change the batteries (I bought 2 of these treadmills.) There IS no battery in the unit. It came shipped with no battery, so there was no battery to change. Do they expect the average person to have a couple of CR2032 batteries lying around? OK, so now I'll order batteries and wait longer to see if these work. Update later. Further update: The treadmills don't work. Both remotes, the company says, are defective. (Both? Really?) They sent me a notice that they do not have any spare remotes, but they can send me replacements in 3 to 4 weeks. By that time the return window would have expired. No, I said. I want to return these. Update: They are now able to send replacement remotes in 6-8 days, again, by which time, the return window will have expired. Update: After my 3rd request, they sent labels to return the 2 treadmills. It will take at least a day to disassemble and repack. These are major heavy units (89 pounds of bulky weight) and will not be easy to lug to a FedEx store. If you're also a senior, this would be difficult. It was an entire day wasted. Holy deity, folks, do you think they lowered the price by 47% because they sell well? if after reading all these negative reviews, you still order this item, what can I say...? ... show more
