I received this phone on this day of the review. Just start to off by saying, I've owned a pixel 2xl when it first came out back in 2017, so I'm not stranger to this phone. I bought this replacement for now for my other phone and it's been smooth since I've factory reset the phone to input my data and stuff, it's currently 5 hrs into have gotten the phone and just noticed that this phone isn't reading a finger print sensor. I'm a bit bummed out since the description didn't say this problem besides it being said signs of wear and some scratches in which I didn't see at all. I think the price wasn't justified as I at least thought everything was working, in which I didn't mind the small scratches. The fingerprint isn't a big deal as I only plan to have this phone till the 5th pixel comes out, the fingerprint sensor is one of the highlights of the phone. Edit: Dropped it down to 3 stars as the interface is tacky at times. Chrome freezes and I have to go to home screen and go back to chrome to fix the problem. I had the pixel 2 xl for a little less that a month, I change it because I had the opportunity to get the pixel 3 xl for less of what I paid for the pixel 2, this is a phenomenal device, best camera of 2017, excellent battery, Google assistant, why I don't give 5 stars?? The answer is the display, there is an issue with the brightness where is not bright enough, in comparison with my old Nexus 6 where normally I kept it at 50% of bright, the 50% of the pixel was to dark I have to kept it at 70% and even that my Nexus 6 was brighter, for me was a deal breaker and when I saw the opportunity to replace it for the new model I went for it, but is that is not an issue to you, then you would have a phenomenal device in your hands. ... show more

    • Avoid Edge Cellular for used phones.
I love this phone. Instead of buying a new flagship, I just bought another used Pixel 2 XL after I crackedy screen. That being said, avoid edge cellular if you are buying a used one, the first one I got had lcd damage, and the second one even though it was labeled "very good" condition had multiple chips of paint missing especially on the corners as if it had been dropped multiple times. It works so I wasn't going to send a second phone back as I needed it, but still annoying. ... show more

First the things I diskike about the Pixel 2 XL. No headphone jack, no wide angle lens and no wireless charging. Things I like are the camera and stock Android experience. Regardless of many reviewers complaining about the screen blue tint, the display is vibrant. Its a Oled which is the same screen on the LG V30 and V35. The pixel 2 is just as good as pixel 3 and 4. I had the Pixel 4 when it released but I returned it and got the 2 XL instead. I saved a lot of money for an equally solid device. Save your money and get the Pixel 2 XL. ... show more

I can highly recommend the Pixel 2 XL as long as you can get one with none of the well documented screen issues. Was lucky enough to get one with no defects. Love the big OLED screen, good battery life, dual front facing speakers, excellent camera, build quality, active edge and integrated Google Assistant.     • Buyers beware! Received a LOCKED phone. Not as Advertised.
Displeased would be an understatement. When right in the title is says "Unlocked" and the one that arrives is locked... Very misleading. Bad business if you don't even check your products before sending them out to paying customers as so they receive what they have paid for. With it being locked you are unable to add or change apn settings so you would be able to use your carriers' settings to access their mobile network. I now have to go through the return process and wait for a refund before I can buy something else. ... show more

I knew what I was getting into buying a refurbished phone off Amazon this is my 3rd one. I ended up missing my first pixel 2xl so much I went back to it. Everything looks good and works fine so far. Although I will be buying a better charger but that's just me there is nothing wrong with the line they send me I just want a longer one. I think the Pixel 1 and Pixel 2 are underrated. This Pixel 2 XL has a big, clear screen, and it's fast too. Faster than my Pixel 1. It's got sufficient storage and the network card is faster than I anticipated. There is nothing I can say bad about this phone and the price was less than 1/2 what I would pay for a new phone.
