Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2026 by The first time I ordered this television it was delivered and left outside of the building in a tiny alley way in 30° weather and they didn't even bother to let me know my TV was sitting outdoors by the side of the building. I only came to find out that it was out there because a lady who lives downstairs had seen it out there for a while then took a look at the delivery label and saw my name and address. She then came to my apartment and told me that it been out there for a while and I should check it out. I did exactly that in utter disbelief, thinking that any company could do something so unprofessional. But there it was, the box was moist, frigid and very dirty. That is when I began to lug that huge heavy box up this muddy hill and a flight of stairs, through the hallway of the building where I live. When I finally got it inside my apartment I felt like I was going to collapse. When I finally regained my composure I called Amazon to tell them about the whole situation. They took it quite lightly, as a matter of fact the first customer service representative I spoke to said he was going to put me on a brief hold to speak with someone else. He left me waiting for nearly an hour then someone picked up, said "hello" and hung up the phone. I finally got to speak with a different customer service representative and we agreed that when they replaced the TV that I ordered with a brand new TV of the same model and size, I would return the one they sent the first time. When I finally received the replacement, the box looked it was pulled out of a garbage truck. There are big holes in different sections of the box, long cuts that look like they were made with some type of sharp blade. I mean, in my opinion this looks like one of those open box TVs that sell for a much cheaper price when they have some types of scratches or missing parts. I payed nearly $1,000 of my hard earned money for a NEW HISENSE U8N 65" TV in pristine condition. Why I haven't been able to get that from one of the world's most "reputable" online marketplaces.? I don't know. Maybe someone smarter than me can tell me. I'm so disappointed with Amazon right now.

We have the Our Place pots and pans, but we found that everything sticks to them. After reading some reviews on Amazon and Reddit, is tried a different pan and things still stuck pretty badly. I went to the next one on the list which was the Goodful pan. It is absolutely amazing. So I bought this whole set, and I have been very pleased. They clean easily and cook evenly, so I guess that means the just distribution is good! They seem durable, but we haven’t had them that long so I can’t speak to that just yet. I love the square griddle, too. A great set for low cost! I would recommend hand washing them. ... show more

Update 9/22/2025 I left an electric burner on of course by mistake, a handle on one of the pans was right above it. I was very happy to see there was no damage to the handle at all. A gas burner may do damage though, I do not know. I will always praise this set of pans and recommend them to anyone, especially considering what I hear on the news of how professional chefs are supporting forever chemical pans. No thank you, i would not cook with a possible cancer causing pan. I like these better than the Tifal and Kirkland sets I was using. They are lighter and heat better than the Kirkland set and have a better coating than both of those brands. I left the small fry pan on high heat with nothing in it by accident about three times now. That was a nice test as it came out flawless with no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend these to anyone that wants a safe, durable and lighter set of pans. ... show more
