*Update* I am changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received. The seller reached out themselves to mitigate the bad experience. Despite being outside the replacement window, they shipped me a new product within a day and issued a partial refund for the inconvenience. Phenomenal customer service! *old issue* Only getting two stars because it worked flawlessly for my one trip. Upon return, when I stored it retracted, the top portion got locked into place. No matter how hard I try, I can’t get it to twist to loosen so that I can extend it. It’s basically useless at this point because I can’t extend it enough to fit properly in my bag now. Just heed this warning. Most reviewers seem to not have this issue, but it does make it a complete waste if it happens. ... show more

I like the product, however, the last extension piece that connects to the top/flat piece gets stuck and is hard to loosen. There isn't a great way to get a good purchase on it.

A one trip product. Broke on the return of my first golf trip using Fedex via Shipsticks. Most likely by truck, not an airliner. It seems like a quality product but the weakest link is the threaded part that joins the sections. This threaded part broke, rendering the whole product useless. I do not recommend this product.
