I bought this to get back outside. It was wonderful when I rented it in Disney World. And my first outing with it was a trip to New York. It was wonderful then too. But trying to have it just to ride around the area is not proving to be a good idea. It can't take a low hill and I spend all my time hauling it up and down 2 & 3 inch curbs and uneven pavements. The battery has to be on constant charge It started making a low humming sound the second or third time I used it so I called to ask for someone to make sure that it was okay and I got a text telling me someone was going to be calling in 24 to 48 hrs. No one called. I put in a second request no one called. Its been 2 weeks. I really want it to work out but I'm not sure it is going to then I'll just be out $2000. dollars for a scooter that can't do anything but be driven on flat surfaces. Amazon says it has a return policy but when I asked, it's up to the company that sold it and the answer was they have to approve a return. I've been thru cancer twice. I'm weak from it. I can't be hauling an 85 pound machine up low hills and up and down every 2 inch bump because the scooter is built for school yard driving. If you drive it up a hill it burns out the mother board and that isnt covered in the warranty.I wish I had this info before I bought it so I could know to rent it not buy it. I love it I really do but I don't think it's good if it can't even go around the block because of how uneven the streets and sidewalks are. ... show more

I researched for mobility scooters that did not need to be hauled on the back of my car. I had trouble finding this scooter. That should have told me not to buy it! I bought this scooter to use mostly at Walt Disney World. The battery is supposed have an 18 mile range. The truth is it only lasts for 2:30 hrs until the battery starts to need charging. There is no way that I go 18 miles in 2:30 hours. I bought this because I got tired of renting scooters. I payed about $2,000 for it. If I sell it back to the dealer they will only pay me $200. This is a great scooter but not for theme parks. Also the battery, charger, and ignition were all changed. ... show more
