Vine reviewer here giving you my honest hands-on review and inspection of the product you are considering. First, please learn from my mistakes. I put the bulbs in both lamps after I had assembled them, only to find one lightbulb would stay on for two seconds and the other would not turn on at all. So I began to put them all away, thinking that the lights are defective, and then realized the bulbs probably needed charging! I have charged one (because I did not feel like going downstairs to find another plug), and now it works exactly as it should. I am confident that's what the other bulb needs. But, you can buy these bulbs with their own remote controls for less than $10, so if one breaks or dies, you are not stuck with a light fixture that does not work. The lights are clean and modern with a vintage look. The arm swings left to right. The angle of the shade adjusts by unscrewing the brass wingnut on the top of the shade. It has cogs, or teeth, that catch so the lamp doesn't flop back down with its own weight. The light bulb has a multitude of colors, I prefer simple warm white. They are pretty bright and will create a warm glow for ambient lighting. You can read by these lights, but they need to be close to your reading area. I love the fact that these don't need hard wiring and that you can place then anywhere. Very versatile! The directions warn you to take care not to scratch the "brass" shade. It does mar easily as mine has a little dull patch from sitting in the box. It's not noticeable unless you inspect the product carefully, which is what I did. Just handle with care and you will have two beautiful sconces right where you want them for a really good price. ... show more

Gorgeous gold/brass wall sconces, with 3cct, RGB, fully dimmable and full function remote control. What makes these stand out are the gold metal shades and the 180 degree swing arms. These add elegance and functionality to the sconces. Assembly and installation is very easy- attach the shades to the arms and base, and attach the base to any drywall. They give the you needed hardware for this. When finished, you can admire them, whether lit or unlit. And the swing arm allows you to direct the light anywhere and everywhere. The gold shades make it very easy on the eyes- the light is not shining directly at you. And that brings up another thing- the bulbs. I charged them (glowing red when charging) before installation. They were partially charged, so charging did not take long. The bulbs are quite bright-not overly so, but brighter than expected. They are rated at 300 lumen, but appear to be a bit brighter, That is a good thing. Last is the price point- excellent for this all brass sconce set with full function remote control, 3cct, RGB and full dimmability. I highly recommend these, and give them a hearty five stars. ... show more
