When the track is set to its minimum length of 45.8", the overlap increases to 15.4".
- INSTALLATIONGoDear panel track blinds are designed specifically for DIY and easy installation. Each set comes with a complete hardware kit, including all the necessary mounting parts. You can choose different installation methods (wall or ceiling) according to your needs. (1) Inside Mount: Minimum 2.5-inch depth needed; (2) Outside Mount: Minimum 2.25-inches of bracket height required on the top.

I would purchase again. Very well made for the price. I have a 5’ slider I used this for and at first having the four panels made them stack in front of each other and didn’t look very good. I have limited space and couldn’t extend the rail beyond the door nor did I like the look of that either. I looked to see if I could remove one panel and indeed it was easy. Two small screws on top hold the plastic end on so I removed it and slid one panel and its holder out of the track and replaced the end piece.

Very easy to install, excellent directions. Sleek and functional. Very light material so bottom bars are just enough weight to keep in line. Only caution is that you can’t fully block a direct ray of sun without 2-3 of the panels overlapping. Possible for sun to still shine in your eyes at right angle.

The media could not be loaded. I read a LOT of reviews before I bought these as the price felt a little bit steep and I was worried I wouldn’t like them. I also hemmed and hawed over color. The ones pictured are Ivory Dawn. Addressing a lot of the comments, I didn’t find them to be too papery or flimsy. If anything I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and look. Other commenters also stated the track looked unfinished without a valance. Personally I find the aesthetic to be pretty clean, similar, if not better than the vertical blinds they replaced. As far as installation, I didn’t find it to be too complicated. I needed assistance holding the track up to clip them in, but other than that was able to complete the project independently. The measuring guide provided was useless to me though. I placed the brackets over the space for the old brackets that had been there as they conveniently lined up perfectly. The most difficult part, to me was adding the bars to the bottom of the panels as the pieces were small and it was tedious but not too hard. Overall I found them to be pretty well polished, clean and super functional. They slide easily and collapse from both sides. I am happy with how much better they look than vertical blinds over my door wall. I think they are worth the price. I recommend!

A nice replacement for older hollow core sliding doors. They do hang up a little when opening and closing but since I do not have to use them very often in my study I find them useful and nice looking.

Easy to install but the template doesn't really help when you are extending the unit to fit a 72in door/window. I ended up redrilling new holes to line everything up correctly with the rod extended. However slide is very nice and far better than those terrible plastic blinds.

I searched online for days trying to find a solution for our laundry room. We wanted to hide the furnace and water heater without having to put up a wall. The only things I could find were stand up accordions or hanging a curtain. This added a clean modern look to the room. We installed the track to the ceiling (easy). The four blinds fit perfectly to hide the utilities. Sliding open and closed is not a big deal so we have quick access to the cleaning supplies behind. The blinds are not see through so nothing is visible. The blind are from floor to ceiling so no distractions. This is a great solution as a room divider!
