Great Kart. The clutch may grab on starting. So hold the brake on when starting. The tires are at 35psi. So as it says on the sidewall, reduce pressure to 7psi. Less rough ride. The instructions were missing so I don't know what they tell you to do. A bolt was missing. A hole in the box. I found it on the lawn luckily. The steering was very stiff, which I traced to too tight collars on the steering wheel shaft. The engine has too low cutout and a hard bump may cause the oil to fly away from the sensor and cut off. The ignition switches on the engine and yoke are flimsy. Bad connector on the yoke and loose on the engine. It accelerates fine. It is fun to go to full speed then slam on brakes. Handles corners well.Watch your feet as there is no guard. May hit the tire while rotating. Need a seat cushion. I will try to get some times on 0 to full and back to stop. They could ship in separate packages so would not have to mess with freight . Don't know if they will do that or would cost more. Their supplier could send that way to them. Then that guy in AK. could get one. Should be a lot cheaper shipping charge I think. You have to bolt together a lot of stuff any way. The whole front and back section. Have to install the engine if they did it separate. Easy. Easier to handle small packages rather than one 170 lb. one. They do give allen wrenches and open ends. Even a racing # decal. A little hard using hand controls. I like using my feet like on a car. I am converting a HF pedal cart to power. I hope to use a 26hp Rotax I have to power it. Super Kart. They say they can give competition to regular race cars. The engine went bad after 2 weeks. It will run, but no power. It is a Huasheng. I have not found the problem. I think it is ignition. I have another Chinese engine. The ignition looks the same. I will switch and see if that fixed the problem.

I’m 5 foot eight I fit great in this little car 180 pounds has no problem pulling me around all the kids and the other adults they they enjoy the cart now when it came in it had a little broke part on it but that was not the manufacturer It was done during delivery other than that great little Kart

Holy cow! This thing is awesome! I seriously doubt it goes 40mph, but it's still fast and fun. The suspension is a joke so don't get too crazy on bumpy roads or you *will* fly out. Also, dry pavement will probably cause a roll-over crash if you corner too hard. Wet pavement is great for drifting. Buy extra tires because they won't last long on paved surfaces. Lastly, I learned that it is possible to flip over backwards if you try to spin a 360 and suddenly regain traction while going backwards at high speed. Wear a helmet. Like a really good motorcycle helmet. Not a bicycle or skateboard one. And gloves. And pads. And avoid fences, grapevines, blackberries, trees, ditches, dogs, people, cars, roads, not-roads, stairs, and bugs. They'll get stuck in your teeth while smiling at excessive speeds

Notes: *Have 30W or 10W-30 Oil ready as the engine was shipped empty **Unit did not have all appropriate Allen-key sizes nor socket/wrench sizes; have a basic tool kit on-hand ***Acquire a longer 24mm Wrench for tightening chassis lock-nuts after break-in period ****Acquire additional black electrical ties for more efficient routing of hydraulic brake line & ON/OFF switch 11-13-2017: *Unit still running strong; break-in period has yielded a higher top-end speed **Brakes are incredibly good ***Engine is a pleasure to deal with; typically starts with 1-pull ****Has toted around 300+ lbs with ease August 2021: *Unit still running strong! **Brakes remain incredibly good ***Engine continues to be a pleasure to deal with; typically starts with 1-pull ****Rear tires replaced

Shipping was a real Hassel was informed after order that it couldn't. Be home delivered said I would pick it up at FedEx but they had instruction to ship to different facility and when it was refused there they were going to return it to vendor had to be on phone for a long time to get it not to be sent back. Also fuel line was not connected and had to remove a lot to get to it. Assembly instructions were terrible had to go online to figure things out

Shipped in with damage to gas tank.corner dented. instructions need work. pictures too light and not clear. Verbiage for instructions is very confusing. Spring on clutch broke in the 1st 2 hours of operation. Engine dies even if a small bump is hit. New clutch was sent fairly quickly with little problems. Engine still continues to die often. Son got off gokart to start, it took off and hit a wall. broke tie rod. I am ordering new tie rods. my son says this gokart is a blast....when it runs.

I must say I have no one to blame but myself for this purchase. Had I investigated the options, I would have never bought this cart. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad cart out of the box. But the overall value is poor at best. I could have purchased a two-seater with a 10HP Briggs and Straten engine and most importantly with a much better clutch. This one, in less than 12 hours of usage, the clutch is gone! Now I knew going into it that I was going to replace the clutch with a better suited, much better performing clutch, but my ol' my. I had no idea it would crap out in just a few days. Either way, it is now up for sale at an awesome price!

this kart is FAST so is NOT for the faint of heart or young children; it does very poorly on even small hills but will be great on flat open spaces; very important to use the brake as it tends to not really slow down by just letting off the throttle
