The scooter is great, however mine arrived with a deep scratch in the upper red fairing. I did contact the company that supplied the scooter to send me another but they never did.

    • Poor quality and terrible customer service.
The scooter began stalling and hesitating around the second or third use. Any slope, and it virtually stops moving. I've been talking with customer service for months about a solution with significant drag over a long time. I was about 5 days past the return period, and that was it. They refused the request for a return. This was rated highest when we searched, but I disagree. This is an update on September 22, 2023; customer support continues to make promises to send a technician without fulfilling them. I began my dispute in June 2023 with continual promises of service. Deceptive and treacherous discussions!! I don't suggest this company or its products. ... show more

Have had this scooter for two years now. Pros: It just works, and carries me around my retirement community very well indoors on flat surfaces. Cons: It has no suspension and you feel every crack in the sidewalks, not so good for riders with bad backs like me. I can take the dog for a walk with it provided I go slow (1 mph or less) and brace myself for the bumps.
