5 stars for looks. 3 stars for comfort, needs more seat cushioning, because your butt gets sore after sitting 20 minutes. Like the leather used. Chair has a slight forward tilt that makes you want to slide forward and off. Arms, though robust, bend when you put weight on it to get up, this could be a problem down the line after extensive use. The design needs to be more robust with a metal rod in the arms and better attached to the back and seat. The screw holes for the arms attaching to the back are not aligned properly and I had to put force to align holes to screw in. Seat wobbles on its base shaft and thus doesn't give you a solid foundation; this needs to be made more robust. Otherwise the seat is nice and wide enough to easily get in and out of. The height and rocker adjustment works fine. BLUF correct the above issues and you will have a great office chair. I'll keep since my old chair broke after 20 years. ... show more

The chair seems ok so far. The only issue was when assembling the chair 2 of the bolts were badly stuck together and I had to use a screwdriver and hammer to get them apart.

Buying this chair was a bad choice. The chair is of very rough workmanship. A lot of it is just stapled. The leather was even cracked in one place. The size of the brackets on the bottom five wheels did not meet the assembly requirements at all. You have to think of another way to assemble it. The center of gravity of the whole chair is unstable. When you're sitting in this chair and you reach for something on the side, the whole chair can flip over, and it can throw you to the floor. At first the chairs seemed fine, but within a week of using them, they were already sinking down when you sit down. We have made sure the lever is locked in place, but it is still happening. They are also very wobbly and feel unsafe. Beware if you purchase, SAVE THE ORIGINAL BOXES. They will not let you do a return without them. So we are now stuck with these chairs. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just got this chair. Assembly was very easy did have a small issue with one of the screw slots on the armrest but I did the other side first and that seemed to fix the problem. My lock for some reason isn’t fully functioning unless that’s all it does. Other than that love the size seems comfortable enough I’ll be using it tomorrow in the office! ... show more
