I like the non-iron this multivitamin offers...so I bought 2 bottles. When received the product, I then read the additional information on the bottle and learned this is NOT a product for a vegetarian like me. I decided not to return this product and took the recommended dosage. I feel fine even knowing it contains lots of seafood products. I just hope GNC would make a non-iron multivitamin without animal products for people like me because I highly value GNC products in general. That's why I am willing to pay a higher price for this product...to find this disappointed detail.

These are great and I really like them. One of my doctors pointed out the vitamin B levels. Vitamin B toxicity is a real thing, be aware of too much vitamin.

They smell like protein powder and I kinda like it, they have a sweeter flavor going down and it doesn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. These pills aren’t as big as a lot of people made them sound, although I don’t have a huge issue with swallowing bigger pills, but I took a few examples based on size for you guys. The omega-3 pills are still way bigger, and honestly they’re a little shorter than my average sized probiotic pills 🤷🏻♀️ it’s only been a week of taking them along with weight loss supplements, and probiotics, and the omega-3. I’m trying to get my immune system and Everything on track and lose some weight before my wedding next year. I don’t know what’s doing what but so far I don’t have any issues or bad symptoms from anything yet.

If it freaks you out to have your urine turn yellow then this might not be the one for you. I don't know why everything Hass to be mega and ultra, especially if you eat real food each day I just wanted a regular strength multivitamin without iron, and they're really hard to find.
