I like the results on how I feel using these. I have energy and feel good. I think if you have an issue with swallowing pills these are pretty big - thats the only negative thing.

These vitamins honestly smell like they are rotted. But nothing is wrong with the bottle and I have had no adverse side effects of any kind, not even the usual mild stomach upset some get from multivitamins. So I guess they are fine! They just smell bad... I just hold my breath when I open the bottle and swallow the pill. Might not work for everyone though.

Da energía, pero no ayuda con la digestión. Al contrario... Es muy grande y difícil de tomar. Cuando vas a orinar en la orina te sale amarillo neón y te deja un olor fuerte. Ese efecto duraba alrededor de 10hrs x día. No lo recomiendo

Full spectrum of vitamins for a 2 tablet formula. Doesn't smell or taste bad and easy to swallow size of oblong pressed tablet. Vites offering more nutrients and superfoods are huge pills, smell and taste bad, require more tabs to swallow and cost even more in general here on Amazon.

These vitamins don’t seem like they’re working until you run out and your energy levels drop- then you realize, “Hey, this product really does work and it really is worthwhile! They are reasonably priced and last about 1-1/2 months. I take these in conjunction with fish oil pills and iron pills being that my iron level is very low. These vitamins give me the essential vitamins and minerals needed as well as trace minerals that your body definitely needs! Great choice!!
