They are on the bigger side but not hard to swallow at all. They help with body odor from the inside out and allow a natural deodorant. I take one at the end of my period and usher any leftover odor and it helps. Also helps with under arm odor but I didn’t have that issue.

I've been taking the liquid form of Chorophyll for several years. I've found that due to it's deep green color, it's exceptionally staining and difficult to travel with. Honestly, I still prefer ChlorOxygen Mint Flavor above any other chlorophyll product. However, this is a very good, high quality and portable alternative. When I'm home, I drink the liquid. When I'm traveling, which is quite a bit, I take these. I am happy with this product (and I've tried a plethora of different brands) and recommend this supplement to anyone and everyone. Chorophyll, which I call plant blood, is almost identical to human blood and is a phenomenal body cleansing agent. This is an honest review. This product is a detox, yes, it helps soooo much with body odor and GI issues. However, this product caused me to break out in an obscene amount of severe acne. I stopped taking it daily and switched over to every other day. So if you are prone to acne this product will break you out as it is cleansing you from the inside. ... show more

These have lasted me months! i try to take everyday but sometimes i forget haha oops. Shiny film on outside and easy to swallow even though they are a little bit bigger pills. DEFINITELY cleaned my gut out and makes you poop alot and it is green hahaaha, after a few weeks you feel so much better and you aren't as sensitive to them anymore if you know what im saying lmao ... show more
