I don't know where to start there were so many issues with this mini PC. First it made a high-pitched hum due to a loose glass cover that there was no way to tighten. Next the Wi-Fi kept dropping and I did check it against other devices that did not lose connection at the same time. The graphics even after dedicating eight gig of the 32 two GPU we're still quite poor. Finally I can only guess that the parts in this PC or at least 2 years old as Windows have been installed on it back in 2023. Additionally, trying to update the software became quite the chore as the toolkit for AMD kept getting error messages. This meant I had to manually download each update and apply them. The manufacturer suggestion to fix these many problems was to completely break down the computer and check each component manually, in addition to wiping all software and starting from scratch from their website. I was not prepared to commit another four plus hours to this device. ... show more

    • SSD Malfunctioned after a week
Worked awesome for the first week and was easy to setup. Week 2 the SSD died and while the seller is willing to exchange it, my personal data is on this SSD and if they were to repair/recover it they would have easy access. I ended up buying a new SSD on Amazon but I am now out an additional $130.

Initially, the product worked well, but I occasionally noticed a high-frequency noise—nothing too loud, but definitely noticeable. After just two weeks, the internal fan broke and started making a lot of noise. Disappointing quality for something that seemed promising at first. I am returning this item because it is not in the condition described. Although sold as new, the hardware is at least two years old and running an outdated 2023 Windows build. Furthermore, the unit is defective: the Wi-Fi speeds are unacceptably slow, and the USB-C port fails to support a 5Gb network card. The system remains laggy and unresponsive even after completing all standard Windows updates. and the memory is build in in to the board... no additional place for memory upgrade. piece of junk ... show more

Computer worked great for a little while but is now useless. Tries to boot, shows windows error, restarts, gives another error and after a few times, it tries to run system repair/restore and then it crashes. Reinstalled Windows and the problem remains.

It was loud even when I went into the UEFI to lower fan speed to 50%. Just idle no load it was so loud. The display port was broken no video with 3 different cables but HDMI and USB4 ports worked. It also didn't have enough regular USB ports. Just a big disappointment I had high hopes and now discouraged from buying any SFF mini PC. ... show more

being returned. it says up 4m5ghz it is wrong.No turbo function, nothing in the bios to change except put it in performance mode won't go above 3.3 and amd program to turbo it does not work with it. I am returning it when I can get down to the ups station. Misleading advertising in my book.

I got to play a lot of good games like Ready or Not, Phas, GTFO, but after 8 months, my pc just stopped reading my nvme. That was already frustrating, but was able to get a replacement. Replacement comes and I’m so excited to get it up and going. The thing doesn’t display. It was a paper weight with a running fan. I asked if they were able to exchange it again and they said no, they can only give a refund at this point. I tried to get an upgrade for the hassle, they again said no. I just wanted a good pc , man. Save your money unless you know how to fix and have no problem doing just that on your own because customer service is NOT helpful whatsoever.
