The pads were loose in the box but showed no damaged. I was concerned the metal clips would have been damaged. But didn't appear to be. I guess I was lucky.

I broke my own rule and bought some Wagner pads in a pinch. Warped my wife rotors in a few months, dust everywhere. I bought these for her 2017 Yukon with the OEM rotors, this is the best there is, and the price is not dealer crazy. Perfect feel and friction, can't go wrong.
