  • Perfect fit 2015 Buick Enclave
Had everything in the box with easy to understand instructions. Very easy and fast install.

  • Nice rack, but had missing screws.
These fit exactaly, though you need to pay close attention to the bar lengths - they're not equal! One goes towards the front, the other to the rear of the rails. Nice clean look with no noticable air noise when at highway speed. The rubber insert in the top of the rails is a nice touch. It really helps slippery things stay in palce and prevents scratches. The caps for the rail ends are held in place with tamper resistant screws minimizing the chance of theft I suppose. The tool to install these screws is included. Unfortunately, the kit was short 2 of these screws so I couldn't complete the install until the dealer shipped replacements, hence the 4 vs 5 star review. Interestingly the material list only lists 4 longer screws for the install. There were 8. The instructions do tell you where all 8 screws go but they never mention that the screws are slightly different diameters, metric 5 vs 6. I didn't notice and assumed I had all the correct screws. Only near the end of the otherwise simple install did I find that I had 6 of the smaller number 5 screws and only 2 of the larger number 6's. No way to finish the install until the correct screws arrived. Bummer. ... show more

  • Easy to install and works great.
It’s great and easy to install if you watch the videos. For what it actually is, plastic, it’s hard to believe it costs so much. But it does the job.

  • Fits, but the pair i received is missing a piece
It fits a 2016 buick enclave. It seems to be the actual GM part, with GM logos on all the pieces. The pair sent to me is missing a piece, one of the tap plates, so it cannot attach to the car properly.

  • Missing part
When I began assembling the racks I noticed there was one small metal piece missing. I had to use a nut and screw of my own and it didn't fit exactly right. The assembly time took about 3 hours; not simple! I wrote the company back about the missing part and never heard from them. A bit disappointed but in the end the product worked well and looks nice. It held my 60 pound kayak on the roof of our 2016 Buick Enclave with no problem. ... show more

  • When the package arrived it looked like a lot of pieces for a Cross Rail application
When the package arrived it looked like a lot of pieces for a Cross Rail application. But I found an excellent installation video on You Tube and once I launched into the installation found it to be quite easy. I was very satisfied with the quality of the bars and they looked nice upon completion. I haven't used them yet but have no reservation but they will perform well. ... show more

  • Works for 2010 Buick enclave
2010 Buick Enclave fits perfect. Instructions are not clear, but plenty of YouTube videos to clear things up. Took about 1 hour to install. Haven’t put anything on it yet or driven on freeway.
