This couch is truly beautiful, and makes a great addition to my livingroom. I was apprehensive about ordering a couch with no reviews off of the internet, but the look and the price were too perfect to pass up. The couch was delivered in 2 business days and came with easy instructions and all the tools necessary for assembly. I am not a "handy" person and I found it nearly fool proof. Within an hour of unboxing I had this gem assembled and in my livingroom. The couch is firm but comfortable and long enough for me to stretch out on it. It looks beautiful and the fabric is a soft, velvety microsuede. It also feels sturdy and well made. We have had the couch for about a month now and it is still very sturdy and shows no signs of wear, despite daily use. I'm knocking off one star because the color is not true to the photos, it is a much deeper emerald green in person. However, I like the color and do not believe it detracts from the overall aesthetic. Update: it's been about 2 years since I bought this couch. I recently had to replace some of the wooden frame pieces which broke from what I can only call normal use. Couch doesn't experience any extreme wear or tear but even when the pieces were replaced the left arm is slightly bowed out. Will probably be searching for a more practical couch soon. ... show more

I was really surprised by how gorgeous the material for this couch was when I opened the box. I actually bought this couch thinking it was going to be a temporary couch. My interior decorator had told me to purchase a similar-looking couch that cost 4 times as much as this one but just my luck, it was out of stock so I bought this one to have something to sit on in my living room. But now I’m keeping it! The color is stunning. These stock photos do not do it justice. Honestly the couch doesn’t look anything like the stock photos. It is much better in person. It’s a dark-ish gray color. Also, the couch was super simple to put together. There were only 4 total steps, with just as many screws. It says you need two people to put it together, and in hindsight, I probably should have waited to put it together once someone could help me with it, but I live alone so I had to do it myself and probably made it more difficult than it needed to be. This was my first time purchasing a couch from Amazon, so I was extremely nervous. We just received our sofa last night and we love it! It took about 2 days to arrive, they arrive in 2 boxes, one long one and another big box. Our sofa arrived with a hole in it, but luckily the pillows it comes with covers it so no one can see it. Nothing to return or file a complain about. Assembly was okay, once you figured out what to do. I would say you need two people to assemble this. Sofa seems sturdy so far. Well I LOVE this Emerald Green Sofa! It gave my apartment the pop of color I was wanting and Looking for! I am still decorating and trying to find more accent pillows, but I’m in love! However in life there are sometimes cons. My only Con is: definitely a firm sofa! She is not giving you any snuggles ok! So not a Cushony feel. So if this bothers you then make sure you buy some fluffy pillows to off set that! Now with that said, the fabric on the sofa is soft! So this is not a forever sofa but it’s definitely a cute bachelorette sofa for now! ... show more

This couch is GORGEOUS. It’s the statement piece of my living room. But I will say, make sure you build it really well and put it together tightly. Every time I would sit down on the right side, the board under the cushions would slide forward suddenly and come off from the back boosts, making it fall and suddenly you’re halfway in the couch. My husband added a few nails and tightened things and it doesn’t do it anymore. I’ve had it a few months and I’ve noticed the cushions have started to get butt-shaped sinkholes. That and the falling issue is why I’m giving it only 3 stars. And if you have pets you’ll need to vaccuum it often. But it’s so gorgeous, it’s worth it in my mind. ... show more

I bought this as extra seating in my home office--somewhere for visitors to sit, or for me to sit on as a break from working at my desk. My son assembled it and said it was easy to put together. It's very pretty--just the right soft blush pink color--and cozy to sit in. My only disappointment was that the packaging didn't protect it very well, so it came out of the box with a dark smudge on the top of the back piece, and I haven't been able to get that smudge to come out.
