I’m not sure how exactly to review this product since there is no product description and only a few vague statements made in the preview images. It does appear to be as described and as pictured, and it more or less carries out the function of a brace well. It doesn’t have much success in its claim of relieving pain “immediately” but it doesn’t worsen it, so that’s something. I like how it feels. It’s good for posture if nothing else, and would probably help relieve long-term pain caused by poor posture. I got a size medium and it fits me, but there isn't much extra room for adjustment. According to the size chart, the maximum waist circumference for a medium is 30.7"-34.2", and it feels a little tight for me as someone around 34", so the size chart does seem accurate as far as I can tell. The product images say there are 4 replaceable support bars, and while there are, they are straight plastic rather than metal like the ones that come as default. They don't curve along with the spine like the metal ones, but they're not uncomfortable as they do have some bend to them. I prefer the metal, but it's good to have options to try and experiment with. The price isn't bad for what it is, though what exactly it's "supposed to do" could use some expanding on before I feel comfortable recommending it.

I got this to help prevent myself from making certain movements and bending certain ways while I was having back pain. It definitely helped me with what I wanted it for! It's easy to put on, look at the pics to see which way is up if you aren't sure. It was actually somewhat comforting to me, so I liked that. I only wore it around the house as I didn't think it'd be unnoticeable under my clothes, but I am also on the smaller side. And it's been hot outside so it would probably be fine under a hoodie. It didn't help me as much as I would have liked, but it still helped quite a bit so I am happy with it!

This is the first back brace I've ever used. I recently experienced some lower back pain that took a good two weeks to heal up and go away. After suffering through a week of this pain, I picked up this back brace and it definitely provided some needed relief. The fit was ok. I picked up a large size and it was a close call...but once I got the main brace wrapped around me and then tightened up the side straps, the fit got even better and my lower back was firmly supported.

A huge issue I have with many back braces is that the rods either bend, are not sealed in so come poking out, or the fabric body of the brace crumples and folds up on itself. I put this back brace on for a few hours the other day to help me with some tasks I needed to do, and I did not have this issue with this brace at all. The Velcro is strong and holds it in place. I am short waisted, so it does tent to ride up a little on me when I have to sit down between too many tasks, but is easy to reposition once I'm back at the work. The lumbar pad is unique in this design and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Since I have arthritis on my spine, I still get spinal weakness, even with a brace. But this does let me stand and do tasks for longer than 5 minutes, which is when my back usually gives out. This back brace is a decent value, considering the fact that it doesn't just fold up on itself like so many others I've had that cost the same or more. I think I might like over the shoulder support with it, that might help even more.

This Glofit lumbar support belt is actually quite effectiv. I tend to get a very painful lower back when gardening, clipping shrubs and vacuuming in particular. Sometimes it sets off sciatica. A serious accident and major leg issues left my skeleton slightly off balance which in turn causes pain in various major areas. I was actually surprised this support brace actually kept that pain at bay. My daughter has horses and she borrowed it when she had to move 400 bales of hay from truck to top of horse barn. That activity alone wrecks her back. She felt good support and no pain day one though some aching day two, then again 400 bales, yikes.

I have herniated discs from L3-S1 due to a work injury. I have had braces like this before but I don't like to depend on them. If you wear them too much, your supporting muscles and core will weaken. I do heavy and a lot of lifting at work. I work for a big "brown" shipping company. Lately, my back has been worse from extreme lifting. So I thought I would try this one. It is well made and sturdy. Has decent support without feeling constricting. The lumbar pad with the nodules is a new thing for me. Still deciding if it makes a difference, I can understand how they would be beneficial, but haven't been using this long enough to make a fully informed decision. As of now, I am liking this for the extra support it gives me at work until I can get the pain back under control.

This lumbar belt was both comfortable and uncomfortable. I liked that it didn't pull/ squeeze around the sides or in the front. The only place where there was support was the back. It was a nice size support panel. I didn't like that it was too wide for my body. I am a small woman. There wasn't much room for me to breathe. The top was just under the bust. When I was wearing it I felt the back support. * I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me, and to aid you in your decision to buy or not.

Both my husband and I have lower back issues. This brace works for both of us, which is a selling point for us. It is adjustable and we have marked our own size. It is comfortable to wear. Neither one of us has worn it for longer than about an hour and a half, though. With other braces, that is about how long it takes to see if the brace is comfortable or not.
