Update: The company was concerned that I wrote a review and wasn’t satisfied. So they independently sent me a refund and a nice note. So even though I was unhappy with the product, I do give the company 5 stars! If I could give this no stars, I would. This little buzzy thing did absolutely nothing. Why are there so many positive reviews? You’re just scraping your face with a piece of metal. I could do that with a butter knife. There is no lifting, no extraction, you’re literally just scraping dead skin off your face.

it works really well! make sure you don’t overdo the pressure or you’ll irritate your skin. i use it primarily on my nose and it really gets all the gunk out in 1-2 passes i do wish the build quality was better, this thing definitely feels cheap

UPDATE: I was issued a full refund without any back and forth from the company, that alone speaks volumes about the customer service. Any company that treats customers like they actually matter has earned my respect. One if the most aggravating things about rechargeable products is you never know what you are getting as far as battery life. This stays charged for about 10 mins at a time, then recharge it and then it dies again after about 10 mins, repeat until you're done with your facial routine. It might not be so bad if I could leave it plugged in while using but the USB that is included is very short and I have no plugs close enough to do my routine unless I lay on the floor. The other issue is this is not a generic USB so I would have to pay to buy one that is similar and long enough for this to work. I also have no plugs in my bathroom so it is a moot point. I have not been able to fully follow the guide included because it won't stay charged. It does work to clear up blackheads, I was able to manage at least that, which is why I gave it two stars. I wouldn't waste your money, especially if you are looking for something that will hold a charge because this ain't it.

Night two of using it and already a big fan. You can tell the difference immediately and you’ll be so surprised how much comes off your face. Skin looks cleaner, less dull, and it feels like my Moisturizer feels nicer, soaks deeper. Definitely would get the waterproof. But definitely worth getting and trying it out. Wish I got it sooner!

I really love this! I have replaced the nose patches with this product and I'm so happy! It really pulls the dirt out. Does the same thing as the nose patches without the drying time or itching. Remember to keep the area wet, that you're working on, though. I did have some issues with the silicone covers to use while washing my face. They do not like to stay on. I had to hold a finger up at the base while cleaning my face to keep the silicone cover from slipping off constantly. You can actually see it pull out the white & blackheads while using it. Go slowly to get the most from it.

1. YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE POWER BUTTON DOWN TO TURN ON. 2. It automatically turns off after 5 minutes as per the manual. Like many others, I thought my product was broken but you just have to hold the power button down longer. Not my favorite, but I get it. I've been using this 2-3 times a week for almost a month and haven't had to re-charge it yet. It is magical at pushing out blackheads etc, my skin is the best its been in a long time. This is like having an at-home facial. I've also noticed my skin is more glowy after I use it to put on my serum etc. The only complaint is that the options (cleaning, ion+, etc) aren't in the order of the cleaning regimen so it takes a lot of time and reading the manual over and over to figure out which is which. It's basically just not the most user-friendly design, but considering the cost I can overlook that. The other thing about this tool (and any tool like this one) is the noise is really painful if you try to clean around the eyebrows or upper nose. I'm really happy with this purchase. This will save me a LOT of money on blackhead products and facials.
