These are pretty nice barstools. They are cushioned and comfortable, and I haven’t noticed any problems with them holding weight. The overall design is very nice, but the leatherette upholstery is a bit shiny and tacky-looking. If I had seen these barstools in a store, I’m not sure I would have purchased them, but I like them well enough now that they’re in place. They were pretty easy to assemble except for a couple of screw holes that weren’t predrilled. The pieces at those joints didn’t fit together all the way, and I applied some wood glue as an insurance measure. So far, the stools are holding up well. One of them did wobble a bit, but there are foot pins provided to adjust balance as needed. Considering what I paid for them, I’m satisfied. These barstools fit into my space nicely. ... show more

The color and quality is everything I wanted!! My family is so happy and so in love with the chairs. I ordered 6 in black. Shipping was fast and they arrived sooner than expected, very easy to put together. I'm definitely recommending these to others. It’s a breeze even though there are no instructions, attach the seat and big Screws with the included driver then it’s easy enough to see which way the leg braces go in. The line the leg braces up and screw in I used a Dewalt Phillip’s head and had no problems

I think the phrase "You get what you pay for" really applies here. For what these chairs cost, they look pretty good. It's not high-end furniture, though. Assembly was time-consuming for me, an hour for each chair. As someone else mentioned, some of the screw holes are not pre-drilled, and although the instructions tell you not to, I did drill some pilot holes. Arrived with a full through crack in one of legs. I will be trying to stabilize with gorilla wood-loc glue. Hopefully the glue does the trick and make the chair safe to sit on. If not, I just wasted my money on one of the chairs. The chairs look great in a nice dark brown finish. Update 3/23/2022 I noticed the back of the chair and how the finish has been "rubbed off". ... show more
