This scooter has ample leg and foot room (unlike two other four wheel scooters I tried earlier this year). I found the voice alerts very loud and obnoxious, but when I emailed Glashow, they quickly responded asking for the serial number of the scooter. When I provided the information, they told me my scooter was the upgraded version which includes the feature of adjustable volume. They provided these instructions: Please follow our instructions below adjust the volume to 100%, 50% and mute: 1. Start the scooter by turning the key switcher to "on". The scooter has been started; 2. Turn the mode knob to "walk" mode; 3. Press the "Light" button. By now the headlight is on; 4. Press and hold the "horn" button for 8 seconds. The horn will honk till it disappears. After these steps, the volume will be set to 50%. To mute the voice prompt from 50%, you will need to do these steps all over again. These instructions were easy to follow and completely muted the voice alerts. This morning I drove the scooter 1.5 miles to the gym and was able to maneuver through the gym without worrying about having it make any sounds. This is a great scooter which would only be made better if the reverse was accessible with the accelerator handle without having to turn a knob each time I want to back up. This did make it cumbersome to open the door at the gym. Hopefully I will be able to learn to do both the accelerator handle and the lever and turn the reverse/forward knob at the same time. I do enjoy the faster speed of 6mph, and found the scooter to be very easy to drive and more stable on the road than my three wheel scooter. The little hook on the front of the scooter under the charging port is handy. When I first tried turning the seat, It was very difficult to lift the seat handle upward to turn the seat, but quickly found that turning the seat a tad make it very easy to lift the seat handle and turn the seat.

I just had my Achilles tendon repaired and am zero weight bearing for the next 10 weeks. I needed something to help me with getting around as using a knee scooter has become painful. With an upcoming trip to Disneyland and my daughters wedding I needed to be able to get around with ease. This scooter is convenient and very easy to use. It does require some assembly but nothing major. The battery life has been great as well. The fact that the seat swivels makes it so easy for me to get on and off the scooter without bearing weight on my foot, no trying to navigate around the steering column like normal scooters. I also like that the battery can be removed easily to make it easier to lift. It fit easily in my SUV. At Disneyland it lasted the whole day. I brought the charger just in case so I wouldn’t get stuck but never needed it. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and the quality of the scooter.

I've had this scooter a couple of months & have used it twice. It worked great! I wish the turning radius was smaller. It can be difficult to turn around in tight spaces. I love the fact that the seat swivels to onboard/off board & to sit at a table. The seat can become uncomfortable after a couple of hours. I highly recommend this scooter. I have been missing out on so many activities due to not being able to walk any distance. This scooter has given me the opportunity to once again attend fairs, festivals, zoos, the mall & any other place that requires a lot of walking. My only regret is waiting so long to buy one! GO FOR IT!!!

This mobility scooter is incredibly easy to use and provides a smooth, comfortable ride. The seat is really soft and cushioned, making longer trips out much more enjoyable. The battery life is impressive, allowing my mom to run errands and go on longer outings without worrying about recharging. The compact design makes it easy to maneuver in tight spaces and transport in my car. It also has a cool feature where it slows down when taking a sharp turn. The lights on the screen showing the speed and battery life are large and bright, making it so much easier to see even in low light areas. Surprisingly, it was easy to put together and took less than 15 minutes. Considering its features, the price is really good, offering great value for what it is. Overall, it's given my mom a newfound sense of independence and freedom. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and convenient mobility assistance.

Bought this scooter for my mother and it exceeded our expectations! The scooter is good quality, comfortable, has a smooth ride, and great battery life. My mom drove the scooter for a week on our vacation and we didn't need to charge the battery all week. With just a few parts to disassemble it fit perfectly into the back of her Ford Edge. I was also able to lift even the heaviest part in and out of her car by myself Disassembling and putting back together was simple and quick. Customer service was also excellent. Our first scooter arrived broken due to it being dropped by the delivery guy. I contacted customer service through email and got a response within a few hours. They decided in lieu of fixing anything for safety reasons they would send us a new scooter out. We received the new scooter in just a few days and they sent a label for us to ship the broken scooter back -FedEx picked it up right at my mom's home. We highly recommend this scooter, she has had it for almost 3 months now, no issues at all.
