It took my friend and I about 2 hours to put together (we were playing around in between assembling). No extra tools required, instructions were clear. The table isn’t the most sturdy, but for an affordable apartment table, it does the trick. The chairs are solid and can seat a 225 pound man semi comfortably; I recommend adding light cushions to the chairs and bench for extra style and comfort. It would be tight if 4 people really were to sit at this table and all eat a meal together, but for 2 people, it’s perfect. The additional storage is great. But overall, I have no complaints about the table! Love the look of it, and it’s gotten lots of compliments.

I live in an apartment that I share with my adult children. I don’t want to over do it with furniture in case their opportunities, take them somewhere else and they move out. In the meantime, this table is tasteful and pretty. It was a cheap price, but it doesn’t look cheap. It was easy to put together.

You get what you pay for. It's cheap and alright. A bit short though... If you want to sit comfortably close to the table, don't Install the rack underneath the table. You may lose a bit of stability in the table, but your legs will fit more comfortably underneath when sitting at the table. But it's alright for the price.
