Product was easy to install. I bought 265 footers and 130 footer if my memory serves me correctly all three operate very reliably and look very nice. Great quality for the price half the price of the competitors brand.

I love the idea of the retractable garden hose. I hate when I’m watering. My flowers in the hose is dragging across my newly seeded lawn or freshly planted flowers I can go 60 feet all the way across the yard. This thing is super easy to use. It looks great has held up. Very very cheaply made. First time pulling out the water hose, it would not retract. Pull out more, still would not retract. This keep on until the full length of hose was out. Then I had to box it up like that and try to make it fit in the original box. 10 gallons of crap in a 5 gallon bucket! Wish I checked and made sure it worked before mounting it. ... show more

Pretty easy install. Hardware could be better but overall a great product. Installed in my barn and eliminated having to reel in the old fashioned way

Design could use some improvement. Hose doesn’t always reel in properly. Would get stuck and have to pull out a significant amount of hose and retry. The hose itself cannot bend or kink because it sounds as if it will break or fray. Other than those two issues. It all works well.
