Assembled the unit completely....and the air filled tire was flat (defective). of course I did not see this before assembling the whole unit. I ordered a new inner tube for $13. BTW, Why pneumatic tires?? They should be solid or run flat tires.. I would have paid more for non-air-filled wheels.
