This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. Installed and worked right out of the box. I received this item with all the parts necessary to complete my kitchen faucet replacement. It’s been about a month since I’ve had this and I’m enjoying every moment. Fits perfectly in a 20x40 sink. My wife loves the matte black color that has not stained with water spots or leaked as of yet. We have a multi generational home and is under heavy use, soo much that I can say this is almost commercial grade lol. The lever is still responsive, shuts off and turns on firmly and like it should. No leaks to report anywhere on this faucet. The only con to this would be, and this maybe why delta, moen, and other faucets are soo expensive; the water pressure on the lever transition from hot too cold doesn’t equalize. It will give you full pressure at the warm position and then resume a calm pressure at hot or cold when you move the lever . But then again, this is the ONLY CON. To remedy this I would turn my pressure down at the valves below sink. ... show more

If the nozzle was a bit higher like an upside down J than a U, I’d 1000% give this 5 stars. The nozzle hangs a bit too low and I have to literally put my hands inside the sink to wash. Other than that, the temp lights are awesome— especially having kids.

Received and installed faucet. I got the gold and it looks beautiful. The water comes out very strong compared to my old faucet which was a major factor in replacing it. Great water pressure just make sure to keep it in the hook when it’s on or it might spray you! All in all very satisfied.

Fairly easy to install and I am no expert. After one year of use, the handle keeps coming off. I can't tighten it down any further into the plastic. The plastic might be too deformed. Might try to put a piece of paper towel into the threads and see if that helps or is stupid idea. Frustrating!!! Update - Customer service reached out to me after my post and they shipped me the part free of charge. Excellent customer service. They go beyond!!! ... show more

It’s really beautiful. Its practicality is a little short. The hose doesn’t extend out enough to clean the sink but it’s something I can live with. May I suggest that you include the tool needed to screw on the hex nut in tight places. Had my plumber not had a tool he got from another manufacture he got on another job we would not have been able to install it. Outside of that it’s really a beautiful faucet. The pressure is amazing. Had to purchase different water hose connectors to fit our RV. Wasn’t an easy install. Also spray button does not always work. BUT price is fair for faucet.
