I love this light. I bought the Edison bulbs to complete the look. I assembled it myself in about an hour. The directions are vague, tiny, and could use labeling to know which parts are which, but after a few mishaps I figured it out. The main problem was deciding what length and figuring out which poles made the sides equal. I did not put on the glass or bulbs until after it was hung. I had a professional electrician install it. I helped hold it while he assembled the wiring and box. We made sure the box was straight and level or we would have had a crooked light. This light gets many compliments. It is worth the money. It wasn’t easy to figure out by the instructions but the threads that depend on to assemble seem to back out and it started to back out a few hours after install. As soon we saw the first one we touched it and 2 other threaded spots came apart. Can’t be fixed with taking it all down which I was I. Panic mode home alone when it started to fall ganging by electrical line so I had to cut the electric line to take it down. Past 30 days so I can’t return ... show more

I received my pendant light and installed it above my kitchen island. The light is rather difficult to install by oneself (due to size) and definitely requires an extra hand. The construction materials are of high quality. A couple of the sockets were tilted askew but they were easily straightened with slight pressure. Installed the recommend vintage Edison bulbs and it provides for a nice warm glow to the room. If you are looking to have more directed light downwards towards the kitchen island then this light is not for you. This pendant light provides more overall room lighting than focused lighting in a specific area. The overall look is truly rustic and looks great in my kitchen. I’m very pleased. ... show more
