Supposed to have lifetime warranty. Mine conked out in March at 2 years old. I am still waiting for replacement. Gilmour was owned by Fiskars which, after I'd waited a month, informed me I should pursue warranty satisfaction with still another company. It's June and I am still waiting. Of course, I had to replace the device because it's the growing season so if I eventually get satisfaction, I will have a backup when this one also conks out. These worked great until one stopped working (leaking, spraying water everywhere) only a few months after I bought it. The good news was that the seller Toodaughters was quick to give me a refund when I contacted them. I'm iffy on the product reliability but very impressed with the seller.

This product worked very well for about a year until it started losing power/resetting. Whenever I would try to change the settings, the screen would turn on for a second and then fade away, losing any settings I programmed. This made it unusable and I had to find another.
