Blown away! First of all the climber is fantastic. I bought the 10ft green and yellow with the hammock/swing attachment. For the record I assembled myself with some help from my 4 year old. It wasn’t easy but it was doable with just us. Excellence quality, my sensory seekers adore this toy Outback. When I built it I was missing 1 small hex cap piece of hardware. I checked all the local stores, no one had anything that could be rigged so I reached out to the seller. They had no issues sending a full set of replacement hardware in the mail, no charge. Adding this to our backyard made it the hot place for my kids' friends. It's fun for them to climb on, but they'll also use it as a fort and in other creative ways. It's light enough that I can move it across the yard on my own (so I can mow the lawn underneath it) but it's better to have at least two people to move it to not risk bending the bars. Product seems well made and the hammock and included swing are huge plus! The 3 and 4 year old granddaughters loved playing on it !! A link to a video showing the sequence of the poles and the correct hardware is really needed. It’s also a 2 to 3 person job to assemble. I have a ratchet set with hex heads and I couldn’t imagine assembly without it! The provided hex key and throw away wrench would make assembly a 4 hour endeavor. ... show more

I purchased this dome for my sons birthday and him and all the kids love it. Very sturdy and very high weight limit. It has been good for a variety of ages and the kids love the hammock feature. Definitely need two people to assemble and pay close attention to the bar color placement the directions on what color goes where is a bit confusing at first since the instructions are in black and white. I am very impressed with the customer service I received for this dome, about two months after purchasing this it was damaged during a storm. I reached out to the company asking if it was possible to buy some replacement bars and they sent me a new dome at no additional charge. I just put this together today so will update in a couple weeks to see how it holds up. Daunting to put together but I did it by myself in a couple hours. Tools provided worked perfectly. Alot of bolting and rebolting when assembling each piece and it bends/leans a little and becomes awkward as you go up but when everything is tightened down at the end it is super sturdy. Great size, looks great. Canopy seems a little cheap so we will see how long it lasts. I love that this one has a square spot in the front to climb in and out of it easier and that the bolt covers look like rock climbing foot holds. Great design there! Arrived earlier than stated so got it set up for my sons early birthday present. Can't wait to show him! ... show more
