Exactly what I needed! It is easy to put together and very sturdy once assembled. It’s both nice and small to not be obtrusive, but large enough to be very useful. It ticks nicely under my recliner to give a side table that I don’t need to worry about when going from a seating to reclining position as opposed to tables that are sitting on an arm rest would. The table height is also adjustable to match your chair’s clearance. I love the wide cup holder with a side opening so mug handles do not get in the way. These tables are genius. I have a “c” shaped couch and needed a solution more versatile than a regular coffee table. This was so easy to and quick to assemble. These function as end tables, tv trays to eat on, and even a flat tray at seat height if you’re lounging. I’m slightly worried about the long term life of the grip inside the adjuster but for this price they seem really good. And the cup holder is just the icing on the cake. ... show more

This is a neat tv tray type table. I had initially purchased this item to let my security camera moniter rest on at the end of my couch. But after seeing how versatile this little table is i replaced the rigid table beside my bed with this item and used my old piece for the moniter in the livingroom. It has a neat concealable cup holder. The top swivels 360 degrees for the perfect fit for many usez. Ths hoeghr of the top adjustable and stays in place with little effort. It was a breeze to put tovether. It took about 10 minutes and the included tool was all that was necessary to put together. I love this little table and i use it every night while laying in bed at the days end. It is a sharp looking unit and the quality seems high. I normally so not leave a review this soon after arrival and I hope I do not curse myself but seems like a pretty solid product, not flimsy at all, but solid. It was easy to assemble with the included hex wrench. I would not sit on it but an elbow will not warp it or stress the metal or wood. Swivels once set to proper tension since it is a round upper shaft and a square lower half with plastic attachment connecting the two but the inner parts are metal so no plastic to wear out, just metal on metal. The cylindrical upper portion is slightly longer than the outer square one so they have a maximum overlap to increase strength for the height level you set. It is not too big so it should fit in a variety of locations relative to the furniture. The surfaces of the wood are a laminate which can wear quite well if not abused. The black one I ordered has a wood grain like appearance not just a plain matte black surface. Black wood grain can match the furniture in many rooms. Even more neutral than a brown wood tone. Even Ikea agrees and do that a lot with their black options. They side cup holder is a safer option than setting it on a trey. Big enough for most cups or even jars with condiments. Too big for a shot glass but than can be a good thing too. A sniffer might fit but not tall enough for a wine glass. Can also be used to hold papers, remotes, etc. and not just food. Cleaning is easy dur to the waterproof laminate. Can be place on lower cut carpet, since flat and of decent weight or flooring with the optional foot pads that also prevent flooring damage. 1 extra screw also included along with feet pads and hex wrench for assembly. Make side cup holder extra tight since it only uses 1 screw not 2. ... show more

Update 4.26.26 replacement finally put together...cupholder broke off less than 2 hours in. If the cup holder is a feature for you..do not buy this Update: 2.22.26 cup holder broke off immediately with no force. Will be submitting for replacement for now. Top wood panel came damaged. The cup holder is not deep at all. The base is not heavy enough to stabilize it depending on angle of base to top. It was easy to put together though ... show more
