Standing at 5'1" with bad knees and getting ready to be a vendor at an art festival. I knew my knees wouldn't withstand constantly getting up and out of a low chair. The seat height is absolutely perfect. This chair is for me but hubby is a big guy. I wanted to make sure it would hold his 325lbs and the seat was wide enough to be comfortable. The crossbar to rest your feet is a great touch. Table on the right and all the pockets to hold different items on the left is nicely constructed. The chair folds to a slim profile, not to heavy for me to handel and well constructed. I would recommend this chair.

Wonderful chair for tall people - especially if they have knee issues!
For people with knee issues ... sitting down in a chair is usually not a problem. However, standing up is a whole different ball of wax! Trying to get out of the chair is not only uncomfortable (maybe even painful) & many times embarrassing, but it can also cause more injury to the person. This chair solves the "standing up" issue. I purchased this for a friend that is over 6 feet tall & is getting ready to have both knees replaced. I am so happy to see him be able to stand up on the first try without any problem. I am 5'3" and can comfortably sit in this chair also. Now he has a great chair to use in the garage, backyard or even inside his house. It is light, easy to move around, aesthetically pleasing, and has a nice tray with a cup holder plus the side pockets. It took a good, solid push on the seat to get it set up. Looks like it might take a bit of force to fold up. Neither he nor I have tried to fold it up. The chair is very sturdy and quite comfortable. I am truly impressed. Best of all, I ordered it from the Amazon Warehouse & saved about $20.00. It took about a week to arrive, but the savings made it worth the wait. This is a great product! Update: 2023 Jul 16 These chairs are so wonderful that I have purchased 2 more. Now my friend keeps one in the backyard, one in the garage & another in the family room. These chairs are very sturdy and just perfect. When his sons visit, the chairs are hauled around from the yard to the garage, then the family room and all around again & again. And ... they still look like new!

I absolutely love the design and comfort of this EVER ADVANCED directors chair! If you suffer from arthritis or have bad knees, this is truly the perfect chair for you. The bar-height seat makes it incredibly easy to get up and down without any painful struggling. There is zero assembly required—you just unfold it, and it is ready to go. The side table, cup holder, pocket, and footrest are all wonderful additions that make it even more convenient. It is exceptionally sturdy and well-made. Thanks to this purchase, I can finally attend outdoor events while feeling completely relaxed and comfortable. I am so happy with it! Simply must buy!!!

Love this item! The height is perfect, there is a foot rest if your feet don’t touch the floor, it’s easy to fold, light to carry, the pockets on the side and side table are convenient and it’s very comfortable and sturdy. Great for people who cannot sit with your knees about your hips.

We purchased a green and a black chair and they were both excellent. Easy to open, although I was a bit of a comedy act trying to close them. They are made from quality fabric and good strong metal frame. The small table with a cup holder was perfect for a drink and a snack the hanging pockets fit phone, portable charger, and glasses. Sturdy, Versatile Chair for Comfort and Mobility

This chair was a godsend. It's sturdy and comfortable for a tall, well-built older gentleman who needed a stable, roomy beach chair. Its height is convenient for helping folks who can't sit low because of knee and mobility issues. The design prevents the chair from sinking into sand too far. The foot bar on the bottom adds to the overall comfort. The sturdy side table and side bag of storage compartments are well made and add to the chair's functionality. It's easy to fold and carry in the back of an SUV. The seat provides plenty of cushioning, making the chair a poolside staple when not used on the beach. Except for attaching the net underneath the chair for extra storage, no assembly was required. We are pleased with this investment. We plan to store ours away from moisture when we put away pool furniture so I can't comment yet on how it endures season to season and resists rust.

I will be using this with my vendor table at events as gives me a bit more height than a regular chair but is still easy to get in and out of. Very comfortable, roomy and sturdy. The foot railing is helpful to have as well as the enclosed pouches in the bag at the side of the table, plus the foldable tray with cup holder. Looks great too!
