Huge step up from my old RTX 3050 laptop GPU. Great 1080p performance with headroom for new titles, I really liked its design and its 8GB of VRAM haven't felt limiting so far!

If you're a streamer and or video editor, I don't recommend this GPU but if you are casual gamer. I highly recommend this GPU especially if you play games @ 1080p. I'm upgrading from RTX 2070 and this RTX 5060 GPU is 30% faster. I've heard it can run @ 1440p with reduced settings, the graphics still look great. FYI, you get higher frame rates at 1080p. I did not have a gpu and was using my integrated video on a pc I built. It worked, but I wasn't playing any intensive games. I installed Pinnacle 26. When opening it fans and everything ran at about 90% vs the 50% before. Thought my pc was going to take off. Found this gpu on Amazon and it was about 20% off. Installed and it didn't work. My fault. Always double check to use the proper power cable. Thankfully, my MSI power supply is well protected and wouldn't let the PC start. Anyway, everything is working now, but Pinnacle 26 is a should not buy as it has a ridiculous appetite even when not doing anything. 24 is much better. I only give this gpu 4 stars as there are no instructions. Without Youtube I would not have known there is actually a switch to change how much the fans are used. ... show more

Don't listen to the various hacks on reddit who talk trash about this card based on specs. My Radeon 7600 XT with 16GB of memory couldn't come close to handling Cyberpunk 2077 on max settings and crashed constantly. I replaced it with this GPU and at ultra/high settings and ray tracing on, even with path tracing, there's not even a hiccup. Gorgeous. It's totally stable with the latest drivers. The cooling on this card is also fantastic. It doesn't get above 60 C under load. The Radeon was over 85 C until it crashed. I'm not particularly worried about the 8GB VRAM, because it runs current AAA titles just fine. It's not worth spending 150 USD more just for 16GB of VRAM, the Radeon is too power hungry with unstable drivers, and the Intel card has horror stories about the drivers. This card is your best bet for 1080p if you want ultra graphics and ray tracing. ... show more
